The tests seem to be made to fail and retake so PSI gets more money. Then you have to wait 24 hours and a whole month to retake. Their Customer service is in India and they cannot answer anything.
I ordered a "Timed Practice Exam for Real Estate Sales Person Test" and it disappeared on my account even though I never accessed it yet. I called to get my test back, I was transferred to 4 different client service who could't help me fix the issue.

I scheduled my exam for March 29th 2024 but when I performed the system check there was some software on my computer that wouldn't allow me to take it. My IT department put it on there so they needed to be the ones to remove it. When I mentioned rescheduling my exam the person at PCI that I was speaking to told me to call back to reschedule it once the software was removed. The software was finally removed on Tuesday April 2nd 2024 but when I called to reschedule my exam the person I spoke to told me I couldn't reschedule it and I needed to pay the $299 fee again. I do not believe that is good customer service. I read all of the requirements and performed the system test when I originally purchased it and it passed. How was I to know what software I could or couldn't have on my computer if it's not listed anywhere?

This is by far the worst online testing platform I have ever used. I spent over 4 hours the day of my test trying to get things ready and the app wouldn't work and their customer services teams fix was to uninstall and reinstall it, which didn't work. I ended up having to reschedule my test for a different day but when I go to reschedule it on the website it takes 10 min (not kidding) for it to go the next page for me to fill out then when I get to the end it asks me to log in then restarts the whole thing and i have to start over. Not sure what the issue is but I have still been unsuccessful in reshedualling my exam. Doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away!

I thought the practice tests were plural. There is actually only 30 questions represented in a 25 question format. I was still prepared though, and I passed.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
