I haven't recieved any info what-so-ever. Report I got was completely blank. I've tried contacting them twice & still haven't recieved any info. Worst part is I was told the report cost $1 to pull... my account was charged $18.95. DO NOT USE THIS SITE- seems like a scam to me!

I was very happy with my experience. I was pleased with the information I received and even more pleased with the customer service. While viewing my report they popped up on my screen and asked if there was anything I felt my report was missing. I told them actually what I wanted most was the name of the current owner of the property and the date it was sold last. Brian Thompson ( the rep) got right on it and got back to me with the info I requested at no additional cost. Then I realized I had accidentally given him the wrong address ( made a typo) and asked if he wouldn't mind going back and starting over. He did not hesitate and again relayed the info quickly and free of any additional charge. He checked on me twice after asking if there was anything else he could do. Very impressed especially considering it's near impossible to reach cust. Service at any company let alone on Thanksgiving day. I highly recommend using their services.

You said you could not find my address. Then I gave you my address again as my look up for any other properties. I paid extra for a detailed report which i did not get. The value for my property was nothing new like you said. It is available anywhere. Very dissappoited.

I was ot aware ofte site, bt was glad tht I did. I am selling my house anI wanted to see what you thought it may be worth. Alhough I do not fully agree withyou, I can ork with yourfiures. We upgred to more expensie materials, and gave the house better curb ppeal with gbles, stone ront, etc, nd vaulted ceilings, plus a unroom and ten foot basement with workshop. But that is something you ould not know. You also woul not know that all interior doors re six panel SOLID oak, including the closet door.
