I've signed onto the website to cancel an account I didn't realize I'd signed up for, and the 'chat bot' says my account is now closed and there will be no further charges. Would have been good to have a refund. Will check back in a month to ensure it has indeed been cancelled. Also, the information I was looking up was pretty basic. Unlikely to use such a service again.
