I was looking for info on a property and ordered the $1 report. A couple days later they charged my credit card $30, then 6 days later charged another $30. I called and they said they'd refund my latest $30 not the first $30. Complete scam do not use!

Do NOT give these people your credit card information. They will say they're charging you a dollar and then start charging you $28.95 a month. I cancelled my account and they initially refunded me the $28.95 only to start charging me again a month later. I had to cancel my credit card to make sure they can't keep charging me.

If you pay the onetime fee, they will still end up charging your account $28 a month until you catch it and cancel the fee. When you call them, the very first thing they say when they answer is "Are you calling to cancel your account?"
