Returned 5 bulbs that did not work in November, as of today I cant get any response to where my refund is, basically ripped me off $500.00 no response via email or by voicemail when I call.

I ordered the wrong bulb, so I contacted them for an RMA. I returned the bulb according to their procedures and verified their receipt of the bulb with the postal service. That was back in April 2022. I still don't have the refund that they were supposed to send me.

No one answers the phone. No support. Bad company.

Projectorquest offers some tantalizing prices for bulbs complete with enclosure, but it experience has been to install one, turn the projector on and the bulb blows immediately. PQ customer service is garbage too.

You are a bunch of scam artists. They sell fake bulbs as OEM and they don't fit. They have a useless website chat that no one answers. DO NOT BUY!

Do not buy anything from this website. I've bought Epson projector lamp and it's not OEM at all! And my return request unapproved! Plus it doesn't work at all! I've inquired information from Epson official site and the price is 93 dollars just 3 dollars more! I'm going to buy it from Epson! Already called Credit department system!

Nearly burnt my house down. So, a lot of lies from this company. On their site they claim that they have three options for a particular Panasonic Projector replacement lamp. Option #1: Chinese knock-off bulb for about $80 manufactured to original specs, good luck, probably will work, know idea how long and no warranty. Option#2: Original Lamp manufacturer Ushio from Japan with 120 day warranty for $140 (I chose this option) lastly Option#3: Original part from Panasonic for $450 (Okay I just purchased the original part directly from Panasonic for $320!
ProjectorLess ended up having to send me two bulbs. The first one was made from rusted screws and a cheap delaminating lamp lens. I used it and it went about 60% dim within five hours. The next lamp was another cheap knock off bulb that started smoking and the entirety of the housing was covered in soot after it filled my living room with acrid smoke. This bulb POPPED and blacked out after just 45 minutes. My original Panasonic bulb is back in the projector, albeit at a little dim with nearly 2,000 hours on it, and has been running without fail for another 20 hours. This company is clearly engaged in deceptive business. I've waited five business days for my refund, they're not responding and both bulbs have been returned. I've just filed a dispute with my CCC. I wouldn't advise using Projectorquest or their affiliate Buyquest

THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM! NEVER BUY FROM THEM!

I bought an OEM bulb from them. It was supposed to be the same bulb as my original EPSON projector, but produced by Philips. I was told that Philips produced the bulb for that particular EPSON projector - that it is the same bulb, but that it just says Philips instead. The bulb looked a little different to the EPSON bulb it replaced and didn't last three hours in my projector! Three different attempts (and many hours later) for them to send out a new bulb, that they never sent. When confronted with the fact that they sent the wrong bulb under false pretenses and that they had lied since what they sent was very different from the original EPSON bulb that it should resemble they canceled the chat! I sought them out several more times and they could never resolve. They send you a bulb that does not work and they pretend it is an OEM bulb. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!.

They are a rip-off company. Complete Scammers. NEVER BUY FROM THEM! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
