This is the second lamp I got from the Projectorquest as the first one I bought went out shortly after I installed it. However, they helped me in the return and got me a new lamp right away. Now that one is working perfectly with my projector. Thank you for your service.
I cannot comment on any of the other people's experiences, but I have been doing business with Projectorquest for some time now and for the most part I have had good experiences with them. I pretty much knew ahead of time what I was buying when they are listed as "compatable" and "OEM". Anytime things are massed produced, there are going to be"lemons", that's just the way it is. My last experience was a very good example of just that. It appears I may have gotten 2 of them, but in the end they refunded my costs. To me that is good business.
For some reason, the lamp I received didn't work, so I had to contact customer service. They responded quickly and made it easy for me to return my lamp. The replacement came in a matter of days and it works perfectly. Thanks for your help.
I found the website easy to use. Everything from order placement to delivery was in a systematic order. The product was delivered promptly and installation also went smoothly. I would highly recommend it to everyone looking for a good source for buying projector lamps.
When the projector lamp I ordered from Projectorquest stopped working within the first week of use, I felt I should order from another site. But after chatting with customer service I decided to have them replace the projector lamp instead. Replacement worked great. Glad I decided to give them a second shot.
I ordered the wrong bulb, so I contacted them for an RMA. I returned the bulb according to their procedures and verified their receipt of the bulb with the postal service. That was back in April 2022. I still don't have the refund that they were supposed to send me.
No one answers the phone. No support. Bad company.
Terrible customer service. I'm still waiting for my tracking information 5 days later. Mounting frustration, several phone calls, and NO-ONE can help. Their apparent parent company is also run by they same 3 inept reps.
Might be fraud, all I know is $168 is gone and no one can help me.
I agree with the other reviewer. I had my 60" Hitachi TV for over 5 years. I didn't know it had a bulb until it finally blew. These people charged me about $110 for a replacement bulb that just burned out. It's been 10 months! They got me once. They won't get me again.
This is the second lamp I ordered from projectorquest. The first one I got was not in good condition. However, when I contacted the customer service they happily agreed to help me in the return process. The replaced lamp worked well. I am impressed with the service and product performance.
Returned 5 bulbs that did not work in November, as of today I cant get any response to where my refund is, basically ripped me off $500.00 no response via email or by voicemail when I call.
Easy to navigate their website and found what I needed almost instantly. Remains to be seen if their shipping and arrival information are accurate but based on how they present themselves on their website, I feel quite confident that I made a good decision buying from them.
I purchased a $189.00 projector bulb from Projectorquest that was guarrenteed to replace the original bulb. The original bulb lasted over 4 years, theirs last less than 6 months. Since I was over their 6 month warranty by weeks, due only to date of purchase, not use of product, they would only give me $10 off coupon. Talked to multiple people in the company until I could go no higher with no help given.
It's been just a few months we have bought it from Projectoquest and it works pretty good. The overall performance of the lamp is as great as an original lamp. I would like to recommend the website to others too.
Wonderful experience! When I was confused about what to buy for my projector, these guys helped me out in everything from choosing the right version to check out. The product I received is awesome and working good with my projector.
I had a bulb go out last week and purchased a replacement bulb from ProjectorQuest.com. I paid an additional $52.00 because I called there sales staff and they told me that they Guaranteed that it would go out the next day. I still do not have it 9 days later. I called and spoke with their customer service and they tried to blame it on UPS at first. I pointed out that the Packing Slip was dated 4 days later. They finally admitted that they made a mistake. I asked that they refund the difference in price ($52) for their mistake. They offered $10. I felt like they were paying me to go away. This company is about the quick buck. Do not believe what they tell you because they do not have integrity. This is the first time I have ever posted a complaint about a website/retailer, but they did not want to resolve the issue in a win/win way. Do not buy from them. You will regret it.
Our choice to use this merchant was based solely on two things, price and the ease of placing the online order. Being retiree's, some sites are just confusing and this was quick and easy. We will most likely order more of the same as well as different products for this reason.
Using this website was very easy to locate what i needed, the description of the item was very clear. Checking out was a little confusing as I did not see the cart on the top right.
I bought the OEM version of this TV lamp. After a few months it still displays the great picture quality. The price of the product is also cheaper on this website. I will consider buying from Projector Quest again.
