Customer service is very unprofessional and once they found out I needed to cancel my order due to family emergency, (Covid-19) they delayed answering my call (chat) until they claimed they shipped it and then ended chat abruptly and told me I was not listening. Very bad customer service! I will be contacting the BBB! I WANT FULL REFUND.

I liked the 4 different options and prices, with so much detail about each option. There was a glitch when I tried to place the order but the chat support was very quick and the order went through on the 2nd try.
