I ordered flowers and strawberries from Proflowers. They were to be delivered on Feb 12 just before Valentine's day. I received an e-mail that the flowers would b delivered at 8:12 pm on that Friday. They never arrived. When I called to ask about them, I was told they were scheduled for delivery on the 26th. After a lengthy conversation I came away with this. I'm a liar because they couldn't find where they sent the e-mail. A glitch in the system that changed 12 to 26. And there is only one supervisor to talk to and no one above that. Don't wast your time ordering from Proflowers. You may not get your order. You may get your money back. You will not talk to anyone with any authority. You will get no help from customer service.
I ordered flowers with vase from AZ to have shipped to Wi 3 days prior to bday, paid extra to have delivered before noon. Nothing was ever delivered. But they took my money. Americans deserve better than to deal with thieves! No deserves to ripped off
I ordered flowers on Feb 8th for delivery on Feb 12th. At the time the website showed available delivery dates for Feb 10th and 11th as well. I picked the 12th to allow plenty of time even though the address was a local one and ProFlowers claim to use a network of locally sited florists. Well I get an update on the day of scheduled delivery that the ordered flowers "missed a plane" and now were going to be delivered 3 days late on the 15th?!?!?! So much for local networks and guaranteed delivery dates. I will NEVER use ProFlowers again and recommend nobody else does either.
I am past customer, ordered online, paid and all was ready. Next morning received E-mail confirming no problems, would deliver that AM. We were counting on this. 3 hours later, E-mail informed me unable to deliver, offered refund and 10 dollar credit if I cancelled, or deliver up to 3 days later with discount. Really spoiled our plans. Several calls it took to obtain promised refund. I will never trust them again,
If I could give 0 stars I could. I received a bouquet from my work for my grandma's funeral. The flowers are terrible! Half of them had to be thrown in the garbage because they are so wilted and brown. The half that survived are so small and pitiful it's pathetic. I've gotten better flowers at the supermarket. I outreached to customer service who barely spoke English and was no help at all. Would never recommend using this company.
I ordered chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine's Day. It said I was to pay $31 plus tax, I got my confirmation and it said I paid $58, I called and the Pro Flowers, Alex said he will give me a coupon whitch I refused! Then I asked to talk to his manager and his manager said that he would waive $23-$26 off because I was misled, but to wait till Friday when the chocolate strawberries were delivered then I could call and get the 23-26 dollars waved and that he would notate it on my file! Didn't make sense so I called this morning, The lady said that it was not notated that I get a coupon but nothing else. Both times I asked to talk to a manager the manager, but would not come to the phone. Both times I was put on hold so they could to go talk a manager. Yet they wouldn't speak to me. Do not buy from Pro Flowers, mis informed, and I hate being listed to!
I find ProFlowers's pricing confusing and it seems intended to mislead. They have some products where the regular price is crossed out and a lower price is listed with the words "AFTER DISCOUNT". No where on the page do I see the discount explained, so I assume it's going to be applied at checkout. I get to the checkout page, and no discount is applied. All I see is the regular price plus the amount of sales tax. Then the customer is taken to the payment method page, where the credit card info is put in. Then you get the next page which adds $18.99 Shipping, $12 for Saturday delivery, plus $2 or $3 for "handling". That really ticked me off and I deleted my order. They should just clearly state what the prices are, and if there are discounts, plainly state them. Then, like any NORMAL vendor does, show everything that's going to be charged before asking for payment method. I'd rather see a high initial price rather than get hit with those ridiculous fees at the end.
I have used them for years because of convince, I now ask all people to send pictures of what they actually get... about 1/2 of the flowers paid for, one time a broken vase and now most recently and my last time ever to use them I was sold same day delivery... important as a parent had died and really wanted something sent that day... nope took my money then didn't deliver. That is just the worst, they where $30 more than another same day delivery but it was important so I paid... only to find they didn't deliver it at all and now only offer me $10 off my next purchase? Wait what? You didn't deliver what I paid for then offer me less than your online free coupon is worth? This place needs to go out of business let uber eats or doordash take over they will actually help local businesses. PLEASE DO NOT USE PROFLOWERS they will not stand behind your order. You will pay for flowers never sent, and dates not honored. I would bet all positive reviews have no photos of the flowers delivered they just thought they sent something nice, got a thank you and never knew less than half actually arrived.
Proflowers is a modern day scam!
I was told my wife's arrangement would arrive by 9 as, after it was two hours late I called and was told it would arrive but like at 6-8 pm? Who gives someone a birthday present at the end of it? Had to cancel it, never again!
Ordered flowers for a significant birthday and received confirmation that the delivery was completed on the day requested. It was not delivered. After several calls to Proflowers customer service the next day, I was told the flowers were out for delivery. The arrangement was finally delivered at 5pm a day late. No apologies. No service recovery. No more of my business
I ordered some flowers on 12/25 to be delivered on 1/8 for a birthday. They never arrived, yet I received an email that it was delivered. When I called customer service they asked, "... how can we make it right." Here's an idea, deliver your product on time.
After 5 emails, 3 phone calls, refusal to allow me to talk with a supervisor and still no flowers. These were ordered for a fiancé from a service member that is deployed and these people still could not deliver the flowers after several tries to have them delivered. If there was a possibility to give a company a negative rating, a negative 10 would still not be low enough. Save your time and money, find someone else to do business with.
I have used proflowers.com many times in the past, but not recently. I went today to send a Christmas floral arrangement. I ordered a smaller sie boquet for $60.00 with a discounted price (I had a promo code) of $34 or so. I go through the order process and it showed a delivery fee of $17.99. That is pushing the envelope. This is 13 stems and NO VASE! I dealt with it and went forward with input of payment and deliery info which takes me a while as I am visually challenged so to speak. I get to the last page and this $2.99 handling and care fee shows up. Why not disclose it at the start? Sure it is not a huge % of a $60 order, but it is the principle. You dont tell me because you know it is BS! I have trusted this company in the past as quality has been good, BUT this extra $3 starts to be more of a problem as time goes on. DISCLOSE BEFORE I ORDER!
I ordered a mistletoe birthday bouquet and what was sent to my friend was terrible not anywhere close to what I ordered and I paid $95 for a mid size bouquet got something small and completely different from what was ordered. I reached out right away via email and no response. Terrible customer service
Do not expect any help if you call Customer Service. They don't care, they say all the same company lines, will not help, and you are simply not important to them. I learned my lesson the hard way. From now on, I will find a florist in the city where I want flowers delivered and will call that florist directly. There is no need to work with this company. They offered me a $25 discount on my next order... Are they nuts? Do they really think I would use them again? Save yourself the headache. Do not use ProFlowers.
I will Never use proflowers again because you can never use a discount code and proflowers customer services NEVER helps you.
I ordered this morning flower for my girlfriend.@ 13:33 I get an email confirming delivery. When she calls *******@1900 and I ask how was the item delivered, she says what Pkg, I tell her the flowers, she says not delivered. I call and was told they have till 20:00. It is now 21:00 no flowers, I'm so embarrassed with the lousy service provided and in essence I was ripped off. The CS agent could truly care less! My next contact is my bank to complain of creditcard fraud Go somewhere else and get better service. At least get a kiss with the service they give you! I looked like a fool, the surprise was blown and still no flowers!
I was the recipient of the flowers, it was suppose to be a surprise for me but the surprise was ruined because i didnt have an answer to " so how did you like your surprise"?... on the tracking of the flowers it read " delivered" when in fact they had not. So they had to call them and and ask questions then was told they would be delivered the next day. I definitely do not recommend ProFlowers.
So sad, I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mother $75 total charge. No florist in the area, so proflowers said it had to be shipped via ups. The box was delivered upside down so the flowers were crushed, but besides that, my mom says there were flowers that were BROWN and CRISPY so obviously dead when they were packed! Half the flowers were already dead. The other half were crushed, but have revived somewhat in water. Still, extremely overpriced for half dead flowers. :( and there is nowhere on their site to give a reivew! I ordered two other bouquets prior to my mother's, I only hope their flowers looked nicer than hers.
I ordered an arrangement for next day delivery- it never arrived. I contacted customer service- they said it was on it way... still no arrangement- I called them again- they said the florist didn't have the vase I ordered do they never delivered. Day 2, anniversary was over- STILL no flowers. I'm eating my money back- do not order from them
Answer: CS could care less and obviously lied to me. I looked like a fool to my lado love dearly. I can screw my own life with out an assistant costing me $85 bucks.
Answer: You're going to have to call to see if the recipient even received them. When I ordered from ProFlowers, the flowers were never delivered and when I contacted customer service I was told they couldn't be delivered until 4 days after the event for which I ordered them. Customer service did not see the issue and felt this was nothing more than an inconvenience. I would suggest shopping elsewhere.
Answer: I paid over 100 for twelve on Mother's Day and never received them …… Hopefully I get my money back … Buyer beware
