I ordered flowers for a relative who is recovering from surgery. The order looked straightforward enough. When I followed up on delivery, I discovered it was scheduled for the following week. When I called Pro-Flowers for an explanation I was told the order was not being delivered by a florist but by UPS - and the next UPS delivery was one week out! No indication of this when I placed the order: who would have guessed? Everyone else seems to have figured out delivery but Pro-Flowers has issues. Last time I will order from them.
I sent my sister flowers for Halloween, they were black, the picture they looked gorgeous, flowers arrived 10/30, the leaves had fallen off, flowers looked like they had been dead for a few days, they were sprayed painted black and the paint had ran down, so I called customer service and was told Tuesday 11/3 beautiful flowers would be sent to make up for it, no flowers, so I had to call back to customer service again spoke with supervisor, he said he would make it right, new flowers were delivered today, not the best. Don't buy from this company, this was first and last time I ever buy from this company
Ordered flowers for an occasion 3 days before the event. Flowers were never were delivered on the event day. When I called the next day, was told "an attempt was made." However, this is a secured building; camera footage and security personnel never received "an attempt." Was told they would be delivered next day... Got an email indicating flowers were delivered, however they were not. Again, camera footage and security personnel disputed the fact "they were delivered." When I called to get an explanation, was told "sorry." What a bunch of clowns who can't get the simplest things right, then lie about it... I now call ProFlowers, AmateurFlowers! That's probably too generous... AVOID, you'll be disappointed!
My grandma never got her arrangement, they promised to contact florist and have another sent out next day, I never got any follow email or confirmation. Once again it never got delivered. Call back they tell me they will send a 3rd attempt, I refuse it I will not put myself through this and they don't have a claims department to actually see that there drivers are not doing there job. Just a "it wasn't delivered " now some random person gets a free gift that's doesn't belong to them! They did not even offer to go back to wrong location and pick up the flowers
If you pay $200 for flowers and they are not delivered on time, oh well, better luck next time. You chat with their team and they do not care at all. Will never use them again.
WHY OR WHY DIDN'T I READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I CLICKED ON PAYMENT? NEVER AGAIN. THE FLOWER, CANDY BALLOON ORDER I PLACED WITH PROFLOWER DID NOT ARRIVE UNTIL AFTER 6 PM EVEN THOUGH THAT WAS PAST THEIR CUTOFF TIME TO A BUSINESS. THE ORDER I CALLED IN TO A LOCAL FLORIST WITH A FIVE STAR RATING WAS PERFECTLY DELIVERED, ON TIME AND BEAUTIFUL. I LEARNED A LESSON... CALL A LOCAL FLORIST AND DONT EVER USE PROFLOWERS. SOME CELEBRATIONS CAN NOT WAIT FOR PROFLOWER TO DELIVER... AND NOT EVEN ON THEIR TIME TABLE. IT COST ME BIG TIME, BUT I LEARNED A LESSON!
When I paid, the website added a hidden shipping charge of $23 I was not informed about when paying. I only saw the real amount on the order confirmation and my card charge. PLUS a confirmation email was sent to the surprise recipient of the flowers. When I complained, instead of correcting the amount, the lady just cancelled the order. So now I have no flowers AND the bday girl got a receipt for flowers she is NOT getting. Plus I'd invested in a groupon voucher that now goes to waste. I have not been so unhappy with a purchase in years.
I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my friend to be delivered in her birthday the 28th and when she hadn't received it at 7pm, I called customer service and they asked me to wait until 8pm as the order of priority is funeral, businesses and then residences. (which I think they need to mention BEFORE you place the order) At 8pm I got a notification that it's been delivered but she hadn't! So I called customer service for the second time and they told me that the person was unable to deliver as there was no porch. I'm sorry, do people without porches not receive flowers? I had given them her number and they didn't even call her! Now they tell me they will deliver it the next morning. So now I spent all that money on something that won't even reach her in her birthday! This morning I call them again first thing in the morning and they say they will add extra flowers and deliver to 1 more day later. THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE! Not only did my friend not receive it yet but I'm so sick of tracking them and calling them and speaking to the customer service who basically just placate you but do nothing to solve it. I'll be happy to just get a refund now and send her an amazon gift! Sending birthday flowers 2 days later? NO, THANK YOU.
I ordered flowers - driver said she delivered. She sounded like she was on drugs- had me go check all different addresses. Guess what- no flowers! Then the company told me I put the wrong address on but that was not true either. I get multiple deliveries a day without a problem.
I guess if u didn't hire crack heads u might have happy customers.
I made the mistake of using them twice, ordered flowers in Dec, flowers never were received and customer service apparently used to these calls were unable to help in any way. Decided to try again, and exact thing happened. I even called them and they checked the order, I was told they were out for delivery! Flowers Never were delivered, Again CS unable to help. Cancelled the order, and five min later order showed delivered, however no flowers have been delivered! Called back and they said well your acct has been credited. Seemed to me CS have resigned that this is just part of there job! I will never order again. DO not let the discounts make u waiver, spend the extra money! Order from someone else!
I would not recommend this company they are over priced and have false advertising. The flowers they ship do not look like the picture at all.

I just had not only the worst flower-buying experience but the worst buying and customer service ever! I was a regular customer for years always found good quality and good customer svc. Recently, sending as a gift and ordering 2 days early, my completed order online would scan for hours but never complete. Called the next day-transferred to several people none of whom spoke English clearly. No explanation as to why online order did not process. Price had changed, new service fee attached, promised credit to original amt$$ and email verifying. NO verification came, no credit, full amt charged to credit card but amazingly, PF site has "no order history". Tried calling and emailing but without order ## cannot do anything. I sensed a different attitude speaking with workers, as though dealing with a wholly different company. It seems that they are just playing every sleazy trick to make themselves unavailable and unanswerable.
Ordered flowers 3 days before requested delivery. Never showed up, then was lied to by company when calling to complain. Don't waste your time or money with this company! Just find a local florist!
They have in writing that delivery is between 9A & 8P, unless a Holiday & then they have until 9P to deliver. Flowers I ordered for my wife did not arrive by 8P. They arrived at 8:55P & it was not a Holiday. I had called customer service after 8P & they did nothing. When the flowers did arrive at 8:55P, my wife opened them and they looked half dead. Terrible! Never again!
Do not use this company. I paid a large sum for flowers and expedited delivery for a sympathy gift. It took two weeks for the delivery to arrive. The flowers were small and almost dead. I paid for the largest deluxe size of hydrangeas. Looked like something you would get on clearance at lowes or home depot. Poor quality, not what was ordered, not delivered in a timely manner and customer service department is a. Joke. I will never use proflowers ever again. Do not waste your money!
I tried to send my lady an offer that was advertised on FTD's website. After confirming that it was available on a certain day, I ordered 2 dozen long stem roses to be delivered to her workplace. Since I wanted her to have them early in the day, I paid the Delivery charge PLUS an additional $20 so they would be received by noon... Twice the roses failed to show up.
Will never ever-ever use again! So disappointing! Received an email stating flowers were delivered. But they were not! Stayed on the phone for 40 minutes to obtain a refund of $109.16
Do not use this company they did not deliver my Mothers flowers for her 79th Birthday because the flowershop wanted to charge 40.00 more than what Proflowers charged me, then they said they couldn't deliver because it was unavailable at this time which was a lie.
Answer: CS could care less and obviously lied to me. I looked like a fool to my lado love dearly. I can screw my own life with out an assistant costing me $85 bucks.
Answer: You're going to have to call to see if the recipient even received them. When I ordered from ProFlowers, the flowers were never delivered and when I contacted customer service I was told they couldn't be delivered until 4 days after the event for which I ordered them. Customer service did not see the issue and felt this was nothing more than an inconvenience. I would suggest shopping elsewhere.
Answer: I paid over 100 for twelve on Mother's Day and never received them …… Hopefully I get my money back … Buyer beware
