Ordered flowers for my wife for valentines day ended up with 6 dozen frozen roses. Since I have spent 4.5 hours on the phone trying to get this straightened out. Horrible customer service! Will never use this company again.
I didn't recieve the flowers in time so I went out and bought more. They asked me if I wanted my money returned and then ghosted me. Never use them again.
Flowers finally arrived today 2/18/21 the delivery date on the order was 2/12/21. We had a winter storm however if they had shipped on time the flowers would have arrived well before the winter weather. They arrived pretty well frozen.
My flowers came two days after Valentines Day and were frozen. They should really be responsible for making sure of on time delivery. $100 for nothing but popsicle flowers.
These people do nothing but lie. The best lie was after they failed to deliver I get a email stating that because of the wide spread mess ups they were going to have fed assemble and deliver replacement flowers. And no they did not deliver replacement flowers as they forgot to check if any fed florists were even going to be open. They are in bankruptcy and you can see why
Flowers were not delivered on day indicated. My husband received call next day saying they would be sent the following week and they could give a $10 discount on next to rider or a refund. He asked for full refund. Flowers showed up 3 days later anyway frozen and dead. No refund has been given at this point
What an embarrassing excuse for a bouquet that my daughter received from them! I paid almost $100 for the handful of flowers that were delivered! I do not recommend this company to anyone!
I ordered flowers on the 3rd of February to be delivered on the 11th For Valentines Day. It is now the 16th and they still aren't there. At least they refunded my money but I would never buy from these scam artists again. If I could I would leave 0 stars. STAY AWAY from "Pro-flowers" more like No-Flowers!
I was actually surprised at how many times a year I have flowers delivered about 10-15. I have used Proflowers for years. This Valentines Day I ordered flowers for my mom who is 86, has numerous health issues and is 1300 miles away from me. The one thing she loves is receiving flowers. The order was placed on the 10th with delivery on the twelfth. I recieved an email Sat. From FTD at 4:01 pm telling me that their carrier had notified them that there was an issue with the delivery and they gave me the option of a full refund or to have a local florist fulfill the order. They further stated that if I responded before 11pm that evening my flowers would be delivered Sunday morning (Valentines Day). As I said I received the email at 4:01pm and I responded at 5:09 pm, well before the 11pm deadline. I had responded to go ahead and do the local florist so my mom wouldn't miss out. Have called numerous times between yesterday and today to no avail and no flowers. I finally was able to speak to someone today and was assured they would be delivered on the 17th. WHAT? I was then told the order had already been processed and it was out for delivery today... No explanations for anything, business as usual, not even an attempt to offer any type credit. Money is NOT the issue, I have dealt with ProFlowers horrendous prices for years due to their outstanding services and product quality. I have been lied to once too many times, all I asked was that my 86 year old mother have some flowers on Valentines Day, especially since she is on lockdown like the rest of us. Seriously how many more will I have the opportunity to send her flowers... these folks will NEVER receive another penny from me even if it cost me twice as much somewhere else.
Purchased flowers back on Feb. 8 With a delivery date of February 13th Order not processed till the 12th then sent from DFW to KY then BACK TO DFW and still not delivered as of the 15th
My boyfriend tried to be ahead of the game and ordered me 2 dozen roses to be delivered a few days ahead of the Valentines rush. Recieved them on the 15th rather and they were all frozen and wilted.
Ordered Flowers for my Mom two weeks before Valentine's Day from this site. She did not receive them by 3PM so I called there customer service number. I was assured they would be delivered by 8PM. Well I guess you know how this ended. My flowers were NEVER delivered. They did refund me my money but it is not the point. You order something you expect it to be delivered. Fair to say I will never order from this site again, Stay Away they are a middle man. Order directly from a local florist. A mistake I will not make again

Order placed a week in advance and now 2 days passed the delivery date payed extra 13. For delivery. Each time I call the pro flowers rep doesn't have answers. Tried to offer 10 dollars off next order. Yeah right that doesn't even come close. This was part of an engagement evening planed. Had to go with a local shop.

Order was supposed to be delivered Friday by UPS and no delivery. Called Pro Flowers on Saturday and said it would be delivered on Saturday. Sunday still no delivery as UPS does not deliver on Sundays. They could not even tell me where the order was. I was able to cancel my order and hopefully get a refund. I will never use this service again.
I ordered flowers 3 days in advance and i paid extra to have them delivered on a certain day at a certain time. 36 hours after original delivery date i still have no package. When calling customer service which is a $#*! show in itself. Trying to talk to these people from india that speak broken English is ridiculous. All they say is we cam refund. They never can give a reason why my order didn't show and ruin what was suppose to be very special occasion. They dont care about their customers. Be smarter than me and order from a local flower shop and give the small companies your money before this giant company that doesn't give a $#*!.
My order is two days late. No return emails or phone calls from the company. A separate order was left at a door. Company did not ring the doorbell. Flowers wilted. Not using this company again.

I've been ordering flowers from this company for years, I've used them because I get home late at night, and it's convenient. But this is the last time, they never get my order right nor is it ever on time. I always get a service representative who can't speak clear English. Again I should know better to use them. Do your self a favor, go to your local florist and order from them, you'll be so much happier.

Answer: CS could care less and obviously lied to me. I looked like a fool to my lado love dearly. I can screw my own life with out an assistant costing me $85 bucks.
Answer: You're going to have to call to see if the recipient even received them. When I ordered from ProFlowers, the flowers were never delivered and when I contacted customer service I was told they couldn't be delivered until 4 days after the event for which I ordered them. Customer service did not see the issue and felt this was nothing more than an inconvenience. I would suggest shopping elsewhere.
Answer: I paid over 100 for twelve on Mother's Day and never received them …… Hopefully I get my money back … Buyer beware
