Ordered two dozen red roses for mothers day - what I received was a horrible looking bouquet of five dead roses and a bunch of leaves none of them was red. Called customer service, after 10 minutes on hold, I got someone on the phone who put me back on hold and hung up after 49 minutes. I had to call again and spent another fifteen minutes and finally got my refund. A really BAD experience. Never going back to them.
The 30 tulips were fresh as if I had picked them myself. Thank you for the speedy delivery at such a short notice. The online service is extremely convenient. The Wilson family
My order went through without offering me shipping options. Unlike any website I have used previously. I believe the practices were deceptive.
I am an experienced online shopper, however, a 45 dollar delivery fee was added to a 19.99 order and I did not have the option to select shipping charges!
I am still waiting on a confirmation of cancellation email... after four calls. Told that it may take 12 hours for an email to go through.
Very disappointed in the company.
Have to wait 24-48 hours to speak to a manager.
Am going to contact BBB if situation is not resolved satisfactorily.
$19.99 mothers day special advertised on website. With all the added fees $68! False advertising. I blew my budget on stupid flowers. I wish they could be successfully sued for false adversiting
They really suck. Lots advertising on TheFAN radio in Wash DC, "$19.99 for Mothers day flowers" -- I went with the $39.99 bouquet, only when i got to check out them stated standard delivery fee, mothers day deliver fee, taxes, processing fee, came out to over $80.00, rip off. I cancelled the transaction. I will NEVER use them again.
Last night, I ordered flowers online it said it was confirmed and that I was ready to go, I got the feeling the next day something wasn't right. I checked my card and the payment was received, then I tried to get my info about where it was and sent them an email to help me, well after all that bogus crap I had to call them and ask where is my order and they couldn't find me in the system! Now I'm on contact call and I haven't heard from them yet. It's bull!
These company stinks. Didnt deliver flowers on mothers day last year even though I ordered several days in advance. Gave them another shot a week ago and they sent an email to me at 5:45 pm saying they couldnt make the delivery. Oh- but the $10 off for my inconvenience really helped me feel better- NOT! Never again!
As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words. The first picture is what I ordered. According to the ProFlowers description, this is what was to be delivered: 1 White Kalanchoe plant ~8-10" tall,
1 Peace Lily plant ~10-15" tall, 1 Pothos Marble plant ~8-10" tall, 1 Variegated Nephthytis plant ~8-10" tall, in wooden trug with French Script, 9"l x 9"w x 5"h.
The second picture shows what was "delivered" - NOT DELIVERED... received in the MAIL! (ProFlowers need to disclose on their websites that THEY DO NOT DELIVER - they MAIL the flowers out! That is DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING!)
So what did she receive? Small, sick, dying plants - some looked like they were frozen - TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! I complained to ProFlowers and they re-sent another, which is shown in the third picture. It was better than the first, but still NOTHING like what was pictured in ProFlowers' advertisement! There were only TWO plants in the box, when there were supposed to be FOUR.
This is absolutely FALSE ADVERTISING and a TOTAL RIP-OFF! Imagine if our recipient had not sent us pictures of what she was sent! Can you imagine paying $66.76 for that sorry mess that was first sent to her?!? I don't believe the second package was worth $66.76, either. It certainly was NOT what was ordered! I will NEVER use ProFlowers again!
Was very unhappy with your service it did not show the total doubled before I placed the order. I places a 19.99 arrangement order and by the time it was shipped I was informed that it would be over $40. This is disgraceful and unreal. This is a scam and not honest and I will make sure I never buy from the company and make sure others do the same.
I had a very positive experience with ProFlowers.com, and they deserve every single one of the five stars I’m giving them! I ordered flowers for my anniversary, and they were delivered fresh, on time. They were cheap, two dozen red roses at $29.98, plus shipping (also reasonable; total: $37.61). That is all expected, of course. I’m not giving them five stars for that. I’m giving them this high mark because I reported to them that FedEx affixed the wrong shipping tag to the product and delivered the flowers to the wrong address. (The wrong recipients were kind enough to phone and actually delivered the flowers to our residence). Nonetheless, ProFlowers wrote me to apologize, and offered to either refund my money or process a replacement order! I declined both because it was not their fault and I did not want to take advantage of their good faith. But I will continue to use this business as my florist. They deserve five stars and my business.
Never deliver when requested or on time. Flowers are smashed and used looking. Never last more than a day. The basket I sent my daughter looked like someone had used it as a soccer ball. Dirty and old looking. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. Go to your local supermarket - you will be better off and get better flowers.
PRO FLOWERS REALLY DOES SUCK!
I ordered for first time from Pro Flowers for Valentines Day. They showed up on Friday, the day before Valentines Day as I requested. By Saturday morning three of the roses had died. By Monday all but one had died. I called for replacement and was told it would be delivered on Tuesday. Guess what? Still haven't delivered. My advise is Flowers.com or go to a grocery store checkout. They'd last better than Pro Flowers.
As a receiver of these flowers twice over the past 9 years I hate getting flowers from your company. This last experience was just like my first. My husband ordered this year well before Valentine's day, but forgot until the morning of that this may be the case. The receiver of flowers doesn't want to have to arrange them themselves, yet you have to. Flowers come bruised and squished tightly together. Both times the flowers arrived AFTER I left for the location to be delivered, for the day while I was at that location for 6-8 on a normal business day. This time the teddy bear didn't come and the flowers my husband ordered for our anniversary arrived with the flowers he ordered for Valentines Day. Our Anniversary is 2/22! Its not worth the discount he received, for me to miss my delivery because my workday was done, unpack and arrange the flowers myself and have to peel off the petals that are bruised and squished. It's ridiculous that while my husband sent me flowers, I wasn't there to receive them, they came while we were out to dinner! And the wow factor was one of distaste not happy amazement. Save your recipient the trouble and pay a few extra dollars to have ARRANGED flowers delivered and done so within the timeframe you expect them to be delivered.
For the price 62 dollars I paid I would think they would deliver the flowers to my wife directly or at least tell her work's front office who they are going to! The people at her work didn't even know who's flowers they were. And oh The flowers were welted.
Horrible, I wish there was a option for 0. I ordered flowers to be delivered on valentines day with chocolates. Flowers came the day before, and chocolates the next day. I over paid thanks to there random fees and bad service. I do not recommend anyone buy anything from pro flowers
Pro flowers suck! Fed ex left on my steps never even knocked and ran! -5 f today. Shipping costs? What a crock o sheeit embarrassed to give to wife
So sad that such a major company stoops as low as this. Advertising economy prices then completely JACKING you on shipping. They should be ashamed..
I was home when these were delivered. Opened up the box to a dozen small, wilted roses. Petals falling off and everything. Nothing at all like the picture. Walmart has better flowers then this and at 1/3 of the price! Never again
Never again will I order flowers from proflower. The flowers I order look like toddlers put them flowers together. The flowers died the next day. Never Never again. My first time and last time. I was offered 40% discount and half my money back. That 40% will never be used.
We found our flowers delivered on our door step in Michigan on Thursday Dec 11th at approximately 8 am when we got up in the morning and opened the blinds. The tracking order from UPS says they were delivered at 11:02 am on Wednesday Dec 10. So they had been sitting in sub freezing temperatures for over 20 hours.
It is of note that we were home at 11:02 am, so the UPS likely didn't even try to get us to come to the door. Our doorbell works.
The fault is this companies choice of delivery service "This is a shipper release package and may be released without obtaining a signature at any delivery location including apartments, condos, and commercial addresses"
The customer thinks he is getting super service by paying for UPS Next Day Air Saver®. It got delivered over night, but received frozen 2 days later
Answer: CS could care less and obviously lied to me. I looked like a fool to my lado love dearly. I can screw my own life with out an assistant costing me $85 bucks.
Answer: You're going to have to call to see if the recipient even received them. When I ordered from ProFlowers, the flowers were never delivered and when I contacted customer service I was told they couldn't be delivered until 4 days after the event for which I ordered them. Customer service did not see the issue and felt this was nothing more than an inconvenience. I would suggest shopping elsewhere.
Answer: I paid over 100 for twelve on Mother's Day and never received them …… Hopefully I get my money back … Buyer beware
