Just Rip
October 23, 2014

Just Rip - Off - flowers ordered for $ 40.00 plus delivery for 14.99 - should be $ 54.99.
Total bill - $ 84.95 just look below charges:
Standard Delivery: $14.99
Morning Delivery: $14.99
Monday Delivery: $4.99
Care & Handling: $2.99 ===== why double delivery charges, why Monday Delivery, why care and handling?
Never again: suggestion------ change name to: ProFlower Rip-Off company.

False representation of customer satisfaction. Ordered funeral flowers, large spray. Went to funeral and flowers were not there. Paid 100.00 for the 24X43in and their vender sent half dead flowers and no where near the size. ProFlowers defended the vender. Watch out, you think your getting a particular arrangement but their venders can send whatever they feel like. ProFloweres will not refund money. Scam!

Selected flowers for purchase on website and at the time of checkout, the price of the flowers increased. Hidden fees were also applied. Beware of the business practice from this company.

Okay, look at any real florist website and see that Proflowers puts price tags of $20 more than any florist and then discounts the arrangements(? Really just boxed flowers and you put together) to make it seem you're getting a good deal. Then see all the additional charges. Be smart people... call a legitimate florist in the town you want flowers sent to. You get what you pay for and this business is a joke. Don't waste your money

I ordered flowers for a funeral/viewing. They were delivered to another funeral home. The rep tried to convince me the body was at a different funeral home. They were wrong I spoke with the funeral home where the wake was. There is no "do over" for funerals. Disgusting service and no acceptable excuse. Never again. Never.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mothers work place for her birthday. The flowers arrived the day they said they would, but they were half dead. It was a bouquet of colorful tulips; the instructions stated to leave the cups or something on them for 24 hours to allow the flowers to hydrate. Well, there was nothing to leave on except the cellophane that was encasing the entire bouquet. My mother followed the instructions, but they still dropped severely when it was finally taken off. I called their customer service dept and was offered a refund or a new bouquet. I opted for a refund and just went to a local flower store to get some decent flowers for her. I'm glad their customer service was great, but with service and flowers like that it needs to be. I won't order from them again.

ProFlowers just didn't deliver the flowers I ordered at all, though they charged me $20 in processing and delivery fees on a $40 bouquet that could have been bought at a grocery store for less than $20. I picked something any florist would have in stock and even called at noon to make sure delivery was on track and was told they'd arrive by 4pm. Then 4pm I got an e-mail asking me to pick a new delivery date. I had to call and work my way up through 3 different people, get ugly and DEMAND a cancellation and refund.

Update: Today I spoke to a different customer service agent who was excellent--very helpful, professional, friendly and had full command of the English language. She apologized and took responsibility for the company's failure. In addition to the full refund for the undelivered bouquet, she is having another bouquet sent to the recipient--and an apology--at no charge.

This site is a joke. My order was cancelled due to an "inventory issue" called customer service and they had no clue what was going on. Just told me someone called in and cancelled the order. Like really.?. Did not offer me anything no apology... instead tried to tell me to try again the next day. With that being said I have no intentions of ever doing business with them and I would advise for anyone to go to your local florist than deal with these people

I just got my mom flowers for mothers day. The flowers are smaller and less lush from the picture on the website. Very disappointed. What you see is not what you get. I will not be using them again.

I ordered flowers that came in a vase for my wife for Valentine's day (2-14-14). I had the flowers delivered to her work place the day before Valentine's day because the fee and delivery was cheaper than the day of. My wife enjoyed the flowers and she sent a picture of the flowers. When I saw the picture I was very disappointed. The flowers were nowhere equal or representative to the picture Proflower advertised. The flower arraignment was not professional. Looked like they were thrown together. The price I paid does not justified for the quality, arraignment, and lack of flowers. About one third of the flowers (lilies) were still in bud. Will not order from them again.

I ordered my wife a Valentines Day bouquet literally from my mother's hospital room. Knowing how flower deliveries can be on Valentines Day, I arranged for the flowers to be delivered to my wife's job at the city hall of my town of a 100,000 on 2-13-14 so my wife could enjoy her flowers the entire Valentines Day. Of course UPS cant seem to find the city hall of my city where they make multiple normal deliveries everyday so they just return them to their office. I find out that she didn't receive the flowers at close of business on Valentines Day, leave the hospital, go to the UPS office, pick up her flowers and deliver them myself. Then an hour later I receive an email from Proflowers saying my flowers were delivered to the correct address on 2-13-14. This is a very dishonest company.

Looks like I fall into a long line of people that think Proflowers is an utter scam. The only thing they have provided is an embarrassing Valentines that will be remembered because of my flowers next to a local flower shops bouquets. At least my wife has a sense of humor and when I sent the bait and switch picture from online she showed her coworkers and they all felt very sorry for me. That was the only saving grace...

Flowers, add another item to the list of seeing is believing... I will never, EVER, buy flowers online again!

In all honesty, this was my first Pro Flower experience and the LAST!
I am totally embarrassed for the flowers in a box my girlfriend received for Valentines Day. Nothing close to the pictures from their ad not to mention the wilted, almost dead flowers. From now on I will stick to my local florist and get what I pay for!

Ordered flowers for my gf, just went through an extremely rough patch in our relationship and all I can say I'm thoroughly disappointed. They came in, but they came in unflowered. Followed the instructions telling me they'd flower in 4 hours if i fill the vase and give them feed. Nothing. Flowers still closed 8 hours later. Not to mention I got much much less then what I ordered. The pictures look great, but you wont even get a 100th of what you're paying here guys. I wish I went out to the lawn and picked some daisies. Shaking my head. Waste of 60$
