Casey Osiwala was more than accommodating with our replacement part needs. We had a damaged frame from the shipping process that was not noticeable from looking at the package, until the part was removed. Casey responded very quickly to my request for assistance for a possible replacement piece. The communication email updates I received were much appreciated. I would definitely give a 5-star rating for the customer service provided.

We are a non-profit who does not do a lot of purchases (run by volunteers) so customer service is very important.

I recently purchased some flanges from ProDryers for renovation work I am doing in my home. When they arrived I was disappointed to see that they didn't fit... but they should have based on the description of the part. I called customer service and spoke with Laura Schnob. She was incredibly polite and helpful and did the work necessary to determine that the wrong item was put into the package I received that was labeled with the part number that I knew should fit based on the description. Laura was also very responsive via phone and email letting me know that the correct parts would be shipped at no additional charge & when I could expect them. She also followed up to confirm receipt. Even though the mis-packaging was done by the manufacturer, Laura made a bad situation very tolerable and ultimately successful in that I got the parts I needed and they fit.

I have worked with Prodryer on a number of projects. However, I would like to have a special mention of their representative. Marianne has an extremely good understanding of products and her customer service and response turnaround time is amazing. The price provided by Prodryers has always been competitive and the deliveries are on time. Also, the website is easy to use and the product availability of Magnificent.! I would recommend Prodryers over all other online protals.

I contacted a few different suppliers and they were very hard to get in contact with. I started an online chat with ProDryers and I received a response from Laura Schnob right away. Laura answered all of my questions. We then started an e-mail to complete the quote that I needed to get approval to place the order. Once I received the approval I called Laura and within minutes the order was complete including shipping information. Laura was professional and made the transaction easy.
