Marianne with ProDryers offered exceptional customer service. We have not had the units installed yet, but everything arrived in good shape. It would be helpful if there was more details on the units on the website. I ended up having to place a second order for the chiller unit as I did not realize the dispensing unit did not include one. Free shipping at a certain dollar amount would be a nice feature to offer also.

Laura helped me every step from ordering to delivery, including tax exemption form for our church. Dryers arrived much quicker than expected. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

ProDryers had exactly the Sloan items I needed for my shop. The pricing is great, but more importantly they had these relatively obscure items ready to ship. In the end the news I received didn't go in my favor but she was always responsive in keeping me up-to-date with where we stood in the process and helped me through finding a resolution I could deal with. Wish there were more individuals like this in the industry. Great Job Laura. Someone give this woman a raise or at least some type of gratuity. She's one you'd want to keep.

We order quite a bit from Prodryers for our store remodels, Products always arrive ina timely fashion and never have any issues. Recently a package was lost containing items needed for a crucial timeline. Our rep Dan saved the day with making sure our merchandise got to us while we continue to work on locating the missing package. He was amazing and rectified this quickly!
