Laura was a pleasure to work with. Laura sent emails informing me of when they received our payment, when the product was shipped, and the scheduled arrival date.

When ordering air hand dryers for the agency Laura gave exceptional customer service. I spoke with her originally to ask questions about the dryers and she answered all my questions. I then called her back several weeks later to place the order and she placed my order, gave me the shipping information on the dryers and also gave me information regarding ordering filter replacements and informed me of how often the filters need replaced.

I was quite impressed with ProDryers... their pricing was great but their customer service exceeded my expectations. Marianne Davis stayed in close contact with me during this process... there was a delay in production due to supply interruptions (thank you COVID-19) but I was never left in the dark with regards to ETA... Marianne is a true asset to this company and I really appreciate her!

I contacted a few different suppliers and they were very hard to get in contact with. I started an online chat with ProDryers and I received a response from Laura Schnob right away. Laura answered all of my questions. We then started an e-mail to complete the quote that I needed to get approval to place the order. Once I received the approval I called Laura and within minutes the order was complete including shipping information. Laura was professional and made the transaction easy.

Placing the order was quick and easy. And when I needed to cancel the order, Marriane also made the cancellation quick and easy. I'll continue to place orders with Pro Dryers in the future.
