Terrific follow up from Laura in customer service. Checked in on my issue a few weeks after the fact even though it was not a problem with ProDryers. She went above and beyond and it was greatly appreciated.

When ordering air hand dryers for the agency Laura gave exceptional customer service. I spoke with her originally to ask questions about the dryers and she answered all my questions. I then called her back several weeks later to place the order and she placed my order, gave me the shipping information on the dryers and also gave me information regarding ordering filter replacements and informed me of how often the filters need replaced.

Laura, from Pro Dryers was great. We are in Alaska and shipping is always a challenge. Laura did a fantastic job sorting that out, as well as helping with a backordered and difficult item. Kept updating and checking in and was always a pleasure to deal with on the phone or by email.
