The process of ordering was easy and they offer a military discount. However, the tracking number I received was not accurate and I had no idea the status of the shipment.

Shipping was fast and accurate. Prices where a lot cheaper than Simple tire. Simple tire wanted to charge shipping and some sort of commercial tire tax.

I ordered a tire and rim and only received the tire with no rim and I sent pictures and emails and texts and calls and no one helped resolve the issue
With rare exceptions that are specifically noted, we do not sell any rims/wheels, with our listings containing a clear "RIM NOT INCLUDED" disclaimer! If you contacted us we will definitely contact you back, even in busy periods we reply to emails within hours, but we do apologize if you could not reach us via phone during the past weekdays. I ordered Bridgestone Duellers and received Firestone Allzseasons. I was able to send them back for free. Still have not received confirmation they are sending me the correct ones.
We do sincerely apologize, we deal with thousands of Orders per day and mistakes can happen despite our best intentions and careful precautions! Naturally we offered you help without hesitation and provided instructions for every step of the process. The Tires are still on their way back!
Why even have a phone number listed?
You either see the account who is calling and deem it too small and place them on ignore
Or you take every bit of 30 to 40 minutes to answer. Then the person speaking to you has ZERO customer training skills. They do NOT know how to listen. People order specific tires because they really NEED them for work trucks. I ordered 2 tires and that was fine other than irresponsible FedEx not reporting promptly reporting delivery. BUT now i ordered 2 identical tires with the kindness of my sister help and used her card info. THEN your security system didnt approve that order. EVEN BEFORE the order was refunded i spoke to your female customer representative (slothful)and thoroughly explained the situation. She could care less. I asked her how was i supposed to know the situation. When priority tire had NOT informed me. She immediately sent me an email. I thought i had not received a tracking number because my tires were coming from Orlando or Jacksonville area,same area where hurricane idalia passed. Now i am stuck finding a way to order 2 more matching tires. It is important VERY important for tread wear and tread pattern to match so truck computer can apply even brake pressure on all 4 tires. I will find a way to order 2 more tires BUT after that, no more NON-Priority Tire.com for me. Your company name doesn't match your service department. But you are correct tires are a PRIORITY to the consumer.

With that said, we can say right away that we do our best to answer every single incoming call as soon as humanly possible, with it currently being a very busy period. Other than that, every representative is properly trained and they try their best to provide you with information about whatever situation is at hand - again, we'll be happy to investigate if something went wrong and do our best to improve regardless.

In order to ensure exceptional service in all of the 48 contiguous states, our company has opened
Three main warehouses to improve the delivery. The warehouses are located in Allentown, PA,
Jacksonville, FL and Grand Prairie, TX, with the Allentown warehouse functioning as our
Headquarters.
Our Allentown, PA warehouse was the first to be opened under VYC Tires in 2016. After that, in
Order to upgrade our delivery process to the West coast, we have established a warehouse in
Grand Prairie in 2018. Our newest warehouse is the Jacksonville, FL one, which was opened in
