I ordered some tires on the 30th of April, they were supposed to be delivered on 5-2-2020, they didn't come until 5-3-2020 which was fine, but the fed ex driver left them outside on a busy street and the tires were stolen before I could retrieve them. I called fed ex and priority tires and reported the tires stolen. Ok wait 24-48 hours for us to investigate right? Ok so I do that and call fed ex back after 3 days and they say they refund priority tires and it's out of my hands... So now I call priority back and ask for my 400$ refund and they say I still have to wait another 7-10 business days for them to hear back from fed ex... My point to them is... You guys hired fed ex as your shipper not me, I'm not willing to wait for you and fed ex to quarrel it out to receive my refund. I bought tires from you and you have my 400$ and I have nothing. Then I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager because this guy had an attitude like it's his money, he proceeds to tell me that nobody is available to speak to me they're all in meetings! That's BS... Give me my money back!
We do apologize, but FedEx has confirmed that they safely delivered the Tires to your Address! It is always up to the driver to determine how best to deliver, especially in cases like this where you did not request a Signature for the delivery.
They certainly did not refund us or anything of the sorts, quite the opposite, they repeated that they delivered to your Address as requested. Since FedEx maintains successful delivery, we have no choice but to start an investigation to try and disprove them per your request. As we promised, we will try to resolve this for you! As we asked, any information you can provide to us can help resolve the issue at hand.
I got a set of 4 Accelera X Grip's for $275 after taxes, fees, etc. 4 Bridgestone Blizzaks in my tire size would run $571, before taxes, fees, etc. I've had Blizzaks. I drive my personal vehicle for work, and I need to be able to get around without worry during snow and ice storms, ideally at a cheap price point. X Grips do that very well! These X Grips work 95% as well as Blizzaks for, at least when I bought them on sale, less than HALF the price. They power through the snow and ice without substantial hiccups. Sometimes the wheels will spin a little, but they always catch traction before you start to worry. They allow you to push through to wherever you need to go in bad weather safely with ease. It cruises through the powder like butter, and over ice like a slightly less coordinated Jesus on water. On dry pavement, they handle better than any other snow tire I've had (Blizzaks & Firestone Winterforce 2's, both of which are quite a lot more $) the turn in at first is a little vague, but it's a snow tire. The road noise is not very noticeable and they ride soft! I intend on buying these again next season.

Bought four tires cant keep balanced they less than 5000 miles on them. They are junk only A90 day warranty even if not on car JUNK do not by from priority tire nothing but junk.

One tire was put on would cause a pull wherever it was put on veh. Called and they are shipping another. Vehicle was aligned prior to them being put on and checked after issue noted.

Placing the order went smoothly. I gave orders to hold my trires at Fedex. But I only received 3 of the tires at one time and had to go back a second time to get the rest of my order. Inconvenient
We're sorry to hear that, the FedEx packages are all related pieces and FedEx is meant to treat them as one whole, but sometimes they get separated during transit and thus aren't available all at once for delivery! We do apologize about that, we can advise that it is not common and will forward feedback using our official FedEx channels to hopefully reduce the amount of cases like yours!
A receive my tires within 40 8:00 after ordering them. They were a fantastic price and they aren't good tires. I had them installed and now my card rides like a dream.

Exactly what I ordered within a reasonable amount of time. The only thing (I know it's the fault of the shipper) is the split into 2 Aerostar deliveries. Will definitly be ordering from here again
