Ordered what I thought was the tire and wheel that was shown in the picture. Come to find out it was only the tire and not the wheel. Kind of disappointed.
We are sorry that you are not completely satisfied with your order. Unfortunately, we sell only tires, not rims, as has been already pointed out in our listings and tire specifications. However, you can always return tires to us as we offer a 90-day return policy if the tires are not mounted or used.
Had a lil mix up with recidivist my tires I got someone else's. They made it right in a fast orderly manner got me my tires I'll def continue my biz with them

I ordered these tires for my Mazda and they are perfect. Grips the road and is smooth while driving on the highway. They are all season which is perfect for me being a PA driver

Priority Tire failed to forward the delivery instructions to Fedex, I had to wait an extra day because of this, tires are here but what if I had my tire blowout because of the miscommunication yall need to do better as a company
We're not what you mean by that, every single order is shipped via FedEx Ground to the address the customer provides! Please do give us more details about this case so that we can investigate!

I ordered tires and received them within three day. The tires I chose seem to be good tires, good grip in the rain and snow we got the other day. Let's see how long they will last.

Ordering was fast and easy. The price was the best I could find anywhere.
The only downside was delivery time. It took 10 days. Not a terrible time, but not great.
Our formal advertised delivery times are 1-6 business days - we do apologize if we failed to achieve that and if you received your delivery in 10 days instead. Please give us more information so that we can investigate, we're always trying to improve whenever and however possible!

Sister-company of VYC Tires, in order to deal with the sale of new tires. The Priority Tire
Website was launched on March 8th 2018.
In order to ensure exceptional service in all of the 48 contiguous states, our company has opened
Three main warehouses to improve the delivery. The warehouses are located in Allentown, PA,
Jacksonville, FL and Grand Prairie, TX, with the Allentown warehouse functioning as our
Headquarters.
Our Allentown, PA warehouse was the first to be opened under VYC Tires in 2016. After that, in
Order to upgrade our delivery process to the West coast, we have established a warehouse in
Grand Prairie in 2018. Our newest warehouse is the Jacksonville, FL one, which was opened in
