Will diffently order again tires where exactly as described and service and follow through was excellent
Received defective tire. Needed replacement asap only response I got from CS was to take pictures and they would file warranty claim. The tire was recieved damaged and never installed.
We do only send tires that are new, untouched and without any known defect. If you think it is defective in some way, there's no way for us to know or verify that and since we do not provide any warranties ourselves we have to conduct the manufacturer's warranty and prove your claim!
Naturally if you think the tire arrived damage that is another matter entirely, but even then we need some evidence to work with.
There's no doubt that we'll help you if you received a defective or damaged tire, but it's only sensible that the issue you're reporting needs to be proven and verified!
Tires were exactly as ordered and delivered expeditiously. Great service. I will definitely use Priority Tires if I ever need to order tires online again.

THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE... BEWARE!. OREDERED 4 TIRES ONLY TWO GOT DELIEVERED. THEY USE FEDEX AS AN ESCAPE GOAT FOR THERE NEGLIGENCE. SURE THEY OPEN UP A CLAIM WITH FEDEX, WHICH IS A WASTE OF TIME AS FEDEX WILL ALWAYS HAVE " PROOF" OF DELIVERY. THAT WHY THEY DONT REQUIRE SIGNATURE. Apologies but we must vehemently dispute this slanderous review. We shipped your Order out in full, sending you all 4 Tires together to your Address exactly as requested and advertised.
As soon as you reported that you somehow only received 2 Tires we jumped in to investigate not only with our own Warehouse but also with FedEx.
After it was determined by our crew and records that we did ship 4 Tires, we made sure to escalate the matter with FedEx; the situation was investigated by reviewing their internal footage, their GPS scans, the situation at the local station and by interviewing the delivery personnel.
Despite them telling us that they delivered all 4 Tires, we still attempted two separate Claims to try and pursue the issue based on the information you provided to us - but indeed FedEx denied the Claims, confirming that they did deliver all 4 Tires.
Meanwhile we asked you to provide us with any and all evidence about this missing Pair of Tires; we did not get any, instead only receiving insults, accusations and attempts at extortion from you.
You also attempted a payment dispute and, lo and behold - your fraudulent chargeback was closed in our favor. The same will happen with any fraudulent review you try to post elsewhere.
All in all, we processed and fulfilled the Order as requested, after which we nonetheless tried to be helpful and open to your request. If you lost your Tires after the delivery that is not something we or FedEx can help you with.
Great experience but next time don't throw them behind my gate how am I supposed to get in had to jump the fence to move them..

I order 4 studded snow tires that we couldn't find locally and they were delivered 3 days later. I couldn't believe they came so quickly with the holiday crush!
Despite the tricky and busy holiday season, we do all we can to ensure that each and every customer quickly receives their order - 3 days is very good but we honestly aim for 1-2 days for all of our customers!

I did not receive the correct item that i ordered. I ordered 6-ply tires and you sent me 4-ply tires.My guys mounted them before i saw the mistake. Now i am stuck with a cheaper grade set of tires.

In order to ensure exceptional service in all of the 48 contiguous states, our company has opened
Three main warehouses to improve the delivery. The warehouses are located in Allentown, PA,
Jacksonville, FL and Grand Prairie, TX, with the Allentown warehouse functioning as our
Headquarters.
Our Allentown, PA warehouse was the first to be opened under VYC Tires in 2016. After that, in
Order to upgrade our delivery process to the West coast, we have established a warehouse in
Grand Prairie in 2018. Our newest warehouse is the Jacksonville, FL one, which was opened in
