I placed an order on May 28, and was told the shipment was going to be in 2 pieces. Each piece was supposed to have two tires. However when checking the tracking there was a discrepancy between the weight of the pieces in the shipment. Ironically one was half the weight of the other. When my tires showed up I only received 3 tires rather than the 4 I had ordered.
I was on the phone for almost an hour trying to get a hold of someone to explain the situation. The CS rep at first said I would have to file a claim with FedEx. I told him to check the tracking and see the discrepancy between the two different pieces weight.
He than asked for proof from a security camera. Thankfully I have cameras and was able to provide proof. I didn't even get an apology or anything for the delay. I want to know what if I didn't have a camera and wasn't able to 100% back up my claim? Would I be screwed out of a tire?
I asked for a rush on this and didn't even get that or a credit for the inconvenience. Honestly, wish I would have went with Simple Tire, spent the extra 25 dollars and got the tires all in one shot in less than a week.
They're method of shipping from FedEx is horribly slow and always gets pushed back 1-2 days at the minimum. Save The aggravation and go somewhere else. I will not buy purchasing from this company again.

I waited like two weeks for my order for my daughter's tires and it said thier was plenty in stock then they emailed me that there was a problem with the FedEx tracking number and I'm a repeat customer I don't feel it's appropriate and wasn't warranted and something should be done for some kind of compensation

In all your communications about the tire delivery it said that we would receive two boxes, each containing two tires. The tires came with two tires banded together with two of the banded tire bundles. These tires are absolutely filthy. They had something white all over the outside of them. It happened before they were banded together because they were white where they touched each other so it had to happen before they were strapped together. No boxes just filthy tires strapped together. I have actually cleaned them up some but here is a picture. What's going on? Also we sent an email on 8/11 that coupon code ATTN10J0XUG came through on text after we had submitted our order. We were supposed to receive a $10 credit but only received a $5 credit to our credit card on 8/18. This is the message we received in an email from you all on 8/16:
We've initiated a refund process for $10.
You can expect the funds back within 2-3 business days.

We're sorry to hear that the tires arrived in a sub-par condition - rest assured that that is neither normal nor something we are happy with! Do not that we never ship with boxes and we do not believe we advised you otherwise; still, the tires should arrive in generally excellent condition, without any blemishes or noticeable dirt, residue etc. It is possible that you were simply unlucky here, so we do apologize of our Warehouse and/or the Carrier did a poor job here. We can't comment on the coupon or discount without knowing what you're order is, so please do give us more details so that we can investigate!

When I received 2 of the 4 tires that was the wrong ones. (Did not match picture). So I called and said don't send anymore. This is not what's on the order form. They sent the other two anyway. I asked for return shipping label within a day of receiving first ones and still don't have a return label or refund. WILL NOT EVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND NO ONE ELSE DOES! The ppl on the phone were RUDE COCKY AND DOWN RIGHT IGNORANT. STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND AND GET THESE TIRES OUT OF HERE. AMAZON NEVER GIVES GRIEF. MACYS NEVER GIVES GRIEF. EBAY NEVER GIVES GRIEF. I called the office to complain. They were ready with the return email, labels, etc. I realized this is your deal. Selling outdated tires! I've made my return and informed PayPal of your dishonesty. My refund best be coming forewith. FedEx has them in transit.
We're sorry to hear that you're upset, but we must admit we do not fully understand it - all of the tires we sell are NEW: never mounted, used or modified, stored and provided to you in excellent condition. Tire age may vary and some of our items have a listed and guaranteed age, but these and others are clearly advertised to not have a specific manufacturing date. Aside from that, the tires were never used and would be safe to use for many years to come, with their age not negatively impacting their performance or longevity in any way!
With all of that said, if you did start a return with us we'll certainly process it fairly and provide you with a refund without any hesitation upon return of the tires.
We'll have to dispute any false accusations via PayPal or any other platform, but we are saddened that you felt slighted or deceived in any way.
When we need tires, we go to priority tire. Great service, super fast delivery (two days via FedEx) and we've never had an issue.

After multiple failed attempts I have not been able to get in contact with anyone about my exchange. Regardless of being on hold after 45min to an hour in 2 different instances.

If you're unsure, if nothing else you can place an Order with us through a platform like eBay; we have a 99% rating across thousands and thousands of Orders and you have an additional layer of protection. Answer: Caren, we sell Tires of various ages. All of them, however, are New: never mounted or used, completely safe and authentic. They can be used for years and will certainly be used up sooner than they get worn out. Terry, if you had a negative experience you can share it with us. All of our policies are clearly displayed and followed, while our Customer Service always tries to help.
Answer: We answer all emails within 24h. Within the past few months we've experienced massive amounts of incoming traffic, but we've been able to rectify that by training more personnel and are soon changing to a superior phone system to help combat delays.
