Even after 7 months, still there is no response, This company 's owner should be prosecuted under law. Its running a looting and criminal business. www.printland.in is completely fake. Before placing any order there, just read the reviews. I am sure that you will never place order there.

Do not purchase from printland! Worst experienece ever. Not giving product and neither returning my money. It has been almost 20 days beyond expected delivery date. I ordered caps and T-shirts. I received caps 7 days after expected date of delivery and T-shirts have not been printed even after 30 days since i ordered. Neither are they returning the money back.

I had ordered customized letterhead for my company and they said that your logo is not clear. I said that I had provided original logo and if it is not clear then, I dont have any other. Please cancel my order and return my money. Then they sent me the mail to provide my bank account details. I sent. And then its 2 month going on. Neither they are replying on mails nor on calls. In short, not trustworthy at all. Completely disappointed.

I'm extremely unhappy and angry. My order for 25 items was supposed to be delivered on 14Aug.
After calling non stop for 5 days, finally they decided to send only a part of it, that is 20 pieces, that too will reach me on 19th Aug.

I had an event planned on 18th, assuming it'll reach, and now I have to cancel this, because u people didn't give any update or intimation at all before.
Highly angry and dissatisfied

Just taking customers on a ride, with $#*!ty customer services and no reliability or responsibility what so ever, even for prepaid orders.

I have book an order 1 month ago, but not received yet, and computer care service not luck my phone, kindly refund my amount.

Pathetic Experience. For my daughter's birthday, I ordered a few personalised items from printland.in. I have been chasing them for last 2 weeks. There is no status update on processing or delivery. The customer care number is never answered. WhatsApp support team just looks at your messages and does not bother to communicate.

I ordered a laptop skin on 28th Sep with printland.in and paid the requisite charges which includes shipping and handling charges. Their customer care showed that my product will be delivered on 07th Oct and today the 17th of Oct 2022, I am yet to receive the same. They neither answer your calls to customer care nor revert your messages to their customer care whatsapp. Beware. This seems to be a fraud company.

It's fake websites don't pay any amount after paying you will not get your product. After payment I called 500 times to costumer care they won't respond you. And on Watsapp when ever you ask regarding ur oder they will stop reply you.

It's a fraudulent organization. I had booked and paid for a Customised Wooden Pen Stand on 15th August 2022. Till date i have not yet received any mail on order confirmation, neither they are picking the call on number provided on website *******2888 nor replying to mail. It is clear that they cheat customers.

I order some card holder for my staff which i need in like 8-10 days they gave me estimate delivery date 10 days but its been 04-07-2022 and i dont have anything and nor the item status has been changed from 1 month its just on processing i dont even sure they have any shop or not i am visiting next weak so see if they even exists. printland.in is just a bunch of scammers and you wont be getting anything not even empty box so ill highly suggest you to get from any other reputable site STRONGLY REQUEST YOU TO NOT GET YOUR HARD MONEY STUCK WITH THE SCAMMERS. Going to file a formal complaint 2 for the scam they are running i wounder how many people they are scamming with this each day.

Highly Fraud Company this is.! I order through online payment mode, update a speedpost tracking number on their website which is absolutely fake tracking number & whenever i called them they have only reply for me is your order is misrouted and we'll deliver this week. It's more than 20 days now and i know i'll never get my order & now they hang up my calls. So i request if anyone read this and you have not place any order and you plan to order please DON'T. Worst experience with customer service. Gave t-shirts order for my sons birthday. They are not meeting the dates and to add to that WhatsApp support stops responding and the call centre has no answers either. They have been giving me vague dates. The emails sent are not answered. They won't cancel the order nor refund the money. Worst experience ever. Will never order from here not will ever recommend. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL

Printland's printing is outstanding

Sharing this as it will help other, guys they are very unprofessional and unethical guys, I placed my order on 13th march, as the birthday was on 6 the event was on 10th, I thought of sharing the card before that, but they did not delivered when by 3april, now I cannot send it outside to friends as it's too late, they just spoiled my plans. Customer care don't pick up call, no reply to emails. Please search for other services not printland.

1. What I ordered didn't match the specifications in the order confirmation!

2. Print colour way off!

3. Quality of the canvas bags was poor!

4. Multiple emails sent to their customer service and not even one reply!

5. Wrote to the owner, silence!

6. Cannot get thru to customer service on their help line.

Was a big mistake to have used them. I run a large service industry business. Customer delight is the only way to survive. The folks at Printland are oblivious to how bad they have things.

Would I ever use them again - NO NO NO!
