RUN if you are considering purchasing any products from PrintPix. I placed an order on 1/22/24 and they failed to get it right as of 3/15/24. I've made seven phone calls to them each time they promise that it will be mailed, however I never received the product. I they are full of empty promises.anf I've wasted so much time with this company. I finally just requested a refund. Not sure I'm really going to see that in the next five to eight business days as promised.

No one knows where an order is or when it's going to be shipped. 4 phone calls with representatives over ten days resulted in the same quote: "The order is finished, in the warehouse, and waiting to be shipped, you'll get an email by the end of the day or tomorrow with a tracking number. No email ever came after any of those phone calls. I still do not have my order and have no clue where it is. Worst company EVER!

I ordered 2 customized calendars which were by NO Means economical but customized I didn't expect them to be. I was so excited to receive but horrified when I did receive because the calendars were in the middle of my pictures on all months. Upon reaching out to customer service they basically said too bad not our fault but we can offer you a 50% discount on your next order: you seriously think I'd ditch out any more money on this company. 🤬

I did not receive my order in time and could never get updated tracking information from them. When it arrived after its "guaranteed delivery date," I requested a refund for shipping which was approved after multiple phone calls, but I'm still waiting for the refund 3 weeks later due a "delay from their finance team." It has been an incredibly frustrating process.

I ordered a few weeks ago and realized shortly after ordering that it would be better to wait a bit. I emailed them less than an hour after ordering about canceling my order. I have tried contacting them multiple times now, multiple ways and have heard nothing. I read multiple reviews of the same thing. They haven't even made my books from what I can tell. I've tried tracking them and it still says it's in the production process. I just want to cancel my order. Anyways I would recommend taking your money elsewhere.
PrinterPix is a scam. They took about $180 from me for metal prints of 4 images and sent me 4 pathetic scratched, bent, reflective, false-colored and undisplayable metal foils, 0.015" thick. When I complained, after a lot of back and forth they promised to send me real metal prints but never did. My most generous description of the company is that they are thieves.

Guarantee date of 2/14 with economy shipping. Paid for expedited. 2/13 STILL not shipped. Horrible, customer service just says they will expedite it and I may receive it by the end of next week. UNACCEPTABLE!

DO not use if you need a product by a specific date, second time using them and both time now did not receive their product by the date they guaranteed it by. Their only solution was to refund the expedited shipping and apologize. Took days of calling to get anyone to even look into it beyond saying they will escalate it which means they will hang up and do nothing

Appalling customer service, product and false advertising which I am now having to take further. Calendars quality was poor and all photos on calendar had heads cut off. Looking at the reviews this is a common issue, yet I was told it was my 'mistake' and therefore not entitled to a refund. Their website clearly states if you are not happy with your creation they will exchange or refund, and will not stop until you're happy - this is a lie. I asked for their official refund policy and since then they have ignored my emails. I am now in touch with the ombudsman.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. Do yourself a favor and buy from somewhere else. I ordered two custom photo options (a hardcover book and calendar) and, even after paying extra for expedited shipping, neither item was delivered as promised. I reached out to their customer service - which is a joke in itself - because I kept checking on the status of my orders as they were just sitting in production status and customer service told me the items would "hopefully arrive on time". I asked what options were available to ensure the items were delivered as promised and was left without any resolution. Neither item gift was received on time and it was a huge disappointment. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing, never again!
I ordered 2 packages guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas. They were ordered a week before the shipping deadline so there was plenty of time. It's Jan 1 and neither package has arrived, their customer service offers no resolution and now if they arrive I will have to ship them to family members out of state.
Everytime I called they guaranteed the products would be there but there has been no follow up or resolution.
I understand the holidays, I offered solutions such as having them send me a shipping label to the out of state address or reprint and ship directly there. I have received no comment or service.

They will not refund my money or re-print them. They are very difficult to reach. After many emails and phone calls, they offered me a discount on my next order instead.

Ordered on 10/10, paid extra to just make sure the gift was received by Xmas. It has been waiting for a Fed Ex pickup since 12/12. Emailed them, chatted w them and no response. They only responded when I contacted American Express. I wouldn't trust them.
I am extremely disappointed that I paid a $5 rush fee, plus $23 for standard shipping and expected to receive my order within 3-7 business days as stated on your website. However I only received my order on Day 8 (not counting the day of the initial order itself)

If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed my calendar order on 12/3, checked a week later and was told it was still being worked on and usually takes 10-15 days to fulfill an order. Was notified it was done and out for shipping on 12/20 through fedex and estimated delivery date was 1/13?! Now when I check tracking it's 1/24. The website states that orders fulfilled within 10 days and economy shipping is 4-8 business days. Customer service is no help, they just direct me back to the tracking number. At this point, just hoping we get our calendar before 2024 is done.

I ordered 2 Beach scenes on metal. One was scratched and blurry but the other was good. They did not include the hanging kits that I paid for and their lack of customer service is very disappointing. Do not use this company!

Absolutely awful experience! I caution anyone using the site. I spent hours collating my parent in law Christmas present and opted for the most expensive photo book of their rage. I submitted the order over a week ago and chased up with their customer support (after waiting for an hour) who assured me that my photo book was in the final stages of printing! On Saturday evening I get a bland to the point email that my order has been cancelled because the file is blank! When I replied immediately and questioned the validity of the excuse I got no reply.i have asked for a full refund and heard nothing back so there goes £126 wasted! On top of that what would have been a lovely present for my parent in law who are flying in from Italy this Christmas is completely ruined! I am furious and so unbelievably disappointed by the service their staff and their attitude

I submitted a custom photo book on November 30,2023, so I would have it in time for Christmas. I even called and spoke to a customer service representative on December 15 who assured me I would receive it in time. It is Christmas Eve (Sunday) and no photobook.
