The quality of the photo books seams to be very good. The reason I gave it 4 stars is it took a long time to get it.
Very easy to navigate the site. Very impressed!
Creating the album ( adding photos, rearranging them etc) is not at all intuitive and very time consuming
On the one hand, the process of uploading the photos was very simple; much easier than others I have tried. On the other hand, the price I paid did not reflect the 70% discount I was promised for agreeing to receive texts and e-mails.
Delivery took 3 weeks from ordering and quality was less than expected for the upgrades I selected.
Wanted to ship to Europe but no option so had to pay additional for rush which is disappointing after spending lots of time to prepare the gift

I paid extra for fast processing, and it still took almost 3 weeks for it to get here. They didn't ship it until I called them.
I had a Groupon for a canvas for $16. When I placed my order it was $90! I tried to cancel that order. A couple days later I found a good deal for Printer Pix and I ordered the same canvas in a different size, as I thought the first order was cancelled. A week or so I received two canvases of the same photos, just different sizes. Didn't really want two.
I bought a voucher for $16. The cost for my canvas was $89!?!?!

Overall, I was confused with the site. I thought I had my project sent to the intended recipient who is out of state, but instead it was sent to the billing address.
