Printerpix is a great website for creating photo books. I like the create your own blank book so I can add lots of pictures and descriptions. Everything is easy. The finished books look professional. Friends and family think the books look great.

Took much longer to receive then I expected or got in the past, plus I had to call to find out when it was coming. Finally did arrive. The photos were "matt" and not glossy like I wanted or expected, this wasn't made obvious at all when ordering.
The colors were not as vibrant on our prints as we had hoped they would be but overall look good

Tracking number was showing item shipped (label created) for 5 days until I contacted customer support and then it was shipped and delivered with no further complications.

When I received my blank it had black ink on the white side of it.

I've been ordering my Christmas cards from here for years now and will continue to do so. Recently I ordered invitations for my son's birthday, only issue was the preview was cutting off part of the invite. To avoid it being cut off I added a border. Well, the border printed even though it wasn't in the preview
There was some confusion on my order, but the help line answered all my concerns and the book arrived and was beautiful, as usual.
I was disappointed in the change of format that didn't allow me to hide those photos already used for the book, but any other questions I had were answered well.
Couldn't figure out how to adjust the photos once they were in the layout
