I love printerpix and order 7 time's a year. My last 2 books have seemed to be cropped short on my pictures. Like the pages look like they are smaller than when I preview them. I do preview and edit and save. Just not as happy as I have been in the past. Also each book seems to have 2 extra blank pages at the front and back. I try to use every spare space. What is that?

Couldn't figure out how to adjust the photos once they were in the layout

Used Groupon and no issues just had to pay for shipping but saved a bunch of money and love the photo books

The quality of the cards are not good. Picture looks dark and not clear

You guys were fine but the delivery service bent the package and the corners of all 6 prints were bent. Not to happy with that, You should rip the delivery service for lack of care of the product. The cost of the prints were significant and then to have them bent on the corners is not acceptable

I ordered a blanket for my grandmother around the Christmas holidays and went back-and-forth with one of your agents who promised that the blanket would be shipped directly to her home however it ended up being shipped to me instead, and I reached out at the time and never heard back from anyone.

My pictures came out with faded color, I'm not very happy but they were a gift so had to take them as they were. Probably won't use this company again.

It was easy to make the photobook and printed/arrived very quickly after I ordered it.

Very good, my little fleece blanket came out cute, wish it was a little thicker, seems very thin, bit it's for a 2 year old, she won't know the difference. Came pretty quick which is a huge plus. Definitely would order again

Paid for expedited processing and shipping 10 days before Mother's Day in response to email that orders placed today would be filled by Mother's Day. Well, it was more than two week after Mother's Day when the pictures arrived. I'll be more cautious with my next order and would appreciate greater transparency in your advertising.

The turn around was good - though I had to request tracking and the quality of the blanket is not that good.
