Very disappointed in the quality of the blankets. The printed images were printednoff center. Replacements were sent, but the quality was only somewhat better. I would not use Printerpix again.
I've always had a pleasant experience with Printerpix. They will print anything you need. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars for me is that this recent package I ordered was a calendar. It was shipped in a regular package but the item inside was not covered with anything. It was raining bad those days. The calendar came in really wet and a bit damaged. Maybe a plastic wrap could go a long way? Anyway thank you for your service. Truly.
I waited longer than expected. The metal print is of terrible quality, as the figures (people) are almost impossible to see. I cannot put this on my walls. Waste of money and time.

Overall good except entered my promotion code and was stuck wouldnt start canvas or let me upload had to go to printer pix website and when went to pay it remembered my code go figure will be easier next time im sure thanks
It was pretty easy to order the photo blanket and I paid extra for the 6D printing and plush blanket (about $90 total), but it was no different than another blanket I ordered from Shutterfly for $35. Very overpriced and took a long time to get to California. So overall, wish I had ordered from another company where I could use a promo code, and get it faster.
Squares are too small. It's two sided flip which I didn't understand that. And some of the pictures the heads were cut off.
Easy to create a picture i wanted however the pictures are not centered in the canvas(even on the redo attempt.
The items were delivered incorrectly even though I entered all information properly on the website before completing my order.

The quality of the paper in photobooks has gone down for the same price. I have received two orders with the paper curled and marked on each of the pages inside. Everything else is fine 👍🏻

I ordered magic mugs and they were delivered promptly exactly how I wanted. Gave one as a gift which had two pictures of her on it that would appear when hot liquid is poured in and she was overjoyed and loved the gift.Will definitely order again.
Site rejected my prepayment code and just gave standard discount. I tried contacting PP to correct this and multiple attempts went unanswered. Ended up paying twice for same order. Plus product was noticeably darker than it should have been. Very unsatisfied. Subsequent attempts to rectify also were not responded to. Not a good look there, gang.

PrinterPix is a total joke! The order I received was screwed up, picture was not centered and it looked like someone just pasted a photo in the middle of the canvas. It didn't even fill the whole canvas! When I contacted them, they said they would redo it. Well that whole process took 6 weeks and my order finally got shipped to Puerto Rico (I am in Michigan)! This was a Christmas present which obviously didn't happen because of their screw ups! Never, ever again will I use PrinterPix. There are plenty of other reliable canvas picture companies that I can use.
The gift arrived 5 days early and was beautiful. Grandma loved the blanket and the photos were perfect color wonderful quality. The blanket is soft and cozy
