I received part of my order but still waiting for my calendars since May 21st. Which I was hoping to get for my mother's birthday June 1st or at least by father's day but it looks like I'm not getting them for either.

Lead times not as advertised, actual lead times were triple

The calendar is wonderful 5/5. Tracking the order and progress was difficult and well virtually nonexistent. Needs to improve.

I do want to say through, the product and quality was excellent.

Shipping took longer than expected but arrived undamaged. Some pictures were printed darker than they were when uploaded to the website.

Photo placement and editing options were lacking. Book template choices were plentiful.

I have had disappointing experiences recently. Processing time receipt of project seemed long in light of it not being a holiday period. Inquiry help was very difficult to attain.

Overall I was pleased with my experience. The cards were easy to create and Ireceivedthem in a timelymanner. I just wish that the colors were more vibrant. Every photo is muted.

There was a problem getting this package out for mail. I was impressed though with the rapid responses to my queries and that the problem was resolved quickly.

The blanket came in just as designed. It was slightly larger than I expected but the details were good.
