Good product, ordering process could be improved (for example needing to add each order independently, zooming photos is problematic). Also charging to remove your logo? That is ridiculous. Other than that we liked the frames. Thanks

Álbum was fantastic except shipping delays. Made album for mom before her bday & was projected to come before but came a estimated week after.

A soft cover photo book was an excellent way to document a fun family vacation. Quality was great and I received it before I expected.
This is my second time ordering from Printerpix and both orders I received well after the original date that it originally stated that I would receive my order at. The original delivery date was 12 days before I actually received the order which was well after my friend's 30th bday which is who I ordered my book for. Fortunately, I am satisfied with the quality of the book but high dissatisfied with the delivery updates and punctuality
Although it took time to get my order, I am extremely happy with the picture and frame.

I ordered my photos for Father's Day and before I submitting and paid for my order. He was guaranteed as long as as I place my order by And today, Sunday I would have time for Father's Day. Nope three weeks late. Some photos are so dark even though I asked for color and enhancement you can barely see color so I guess you say they're black-and-white when they're actually color photos orientated even though I made sure the orientation was correct.
The square tiles are not square well they are Square, but the lines aren't straight It's very noticeable and looking at them. Spent over $200 on them. At least my husband still loves them.

I ordered a blanket full of me and my friends asses for a bachelor party and you guys printed it to perfection and sent it on it's jolly way so we could surprise and excite our good friend who's about to be hitched with our wonderful behinds, much love <3
The quality of the print was not good. I explained that and was told I would get a replacement with better quality. This was on May 23,2024. I haven;t heard from since. I don't know if they are processing it but would be nice to know the status. Today is June 20,2024.
