I enjoyed the blanket very much, but after purchasing the Groupon, I didn't expect to have to pay anything out of pocket, but that's on me and not reading the fine print. My only disappointment was that I had ordered Fleece and what I got said it was fleece, but it's almost a scratchy material, so now I'm going to buy a piece of Fleece at a fabric store to add ON to the back of the blanket for my grandson. That was not what I'd expected at all. It looked like I had other options, but everything just kept costing more & more and I'm retired and on a budget. Just wanted something special for my grandson's birthday!

Fast shipping. Easy to make photo books. You can have them place your photos in the book or you can add them yourself
Very easy to construct this vacation adventure book. Changes can be made relatively easily. Also like the ability to add pre selected dividers and additional artwork. The add photos portion is also a blessing.
If you mean "ordering online," Printerpix has been very easy to use (except for my first payment attempt that wouldn't finalize). If you mean "utilizing the website," I wasn't able to make some edits that I remembered being able to make in the past.
Good product, horrible customer service. Asking customer service through email was a nightmare. They repeatedly did not answer questions and then also didn't provide timely responses. There estimated shipping for my products was completely fictitious, they then pre made labels for USPS shipping and didn't send the items for more than another week.
The final photo books were as requested, but came more than two weeks after the initial estimated delivery.
Took over a month from payment to shipment. This time delay was way longer than previous orders took
Took too long for the order to arrive and an estimated timeframe of the arrival product was not available upon order. Product arrived slightly damaged on the edge of the photo tiles.
Other than I wish the wooden stretcher was deeper, I love your products and so do my clients.

Fairly easy. One picture was great. The second (different photo) was disappointing...kind of washed out and top of head was cut off. These might have been my mistake but you could have texted or emailed me to see if that was what I wanted.
Overall happy with the product. Though I thought the pictures would have a bit better quality since I payed for the opinion with an extra color and detail. The blanket is very nice otherwise

I have repeatedly asked for a refund from my first order because the printed books had bent covers and dark pages. You made it impossible to reach you by any means other than email and you never responded to my requests. Yet you state that you have a money back satisfaction guarantee. Really? How does that work? Please tell me because I would still like a refund.
Took forever! I had to contact them twice and threaten to have my credit card company refund my money before I FINALLY receive it!
