Prices are good but the shipping takes much longer than it says. It says the standard shipping is 5-10 days and it usually takes around 3 weeks to get to me.
It looked great - I was happy with the quality and the product and look. I think I would've gone with a larger size, but it is a great piece that will look great on our wall.
Shopping experience was fine but the process of creating a photobook was difficult and time consuming. It was not easy to navigate through to create the book and frustrating at times. I would hope that they improve the platform for future use.

Do, yesterday we received our first order from Printerpix.com. We are so very disappointed with the quality of the material and the printed images that we will not be going back for a 2nd order. The colors are dull and darkened and not clear at all. I would advise anyone who is looking to create a photo blanket of memories, do not use Printerpix.com. I will attach photos of what I submitted and what came on the blanket. It's night and day by comparison. I hate to say this, but... order at your own risk. If this is the best they can do, it's not good enough.

I placed an order on 8/6/23 and today is 8/20/23, still haven't received my picture. I tried emailing at *******@printerpix.com and it was not delivered. This so called "company" should be shut down. If I could give zero stars I would but that's not an option.

This company, is not good,its the worse type, its like going g around d in circles for days on end, first of all my picture came back with a picture inside a picture, of course I am not happy, amd they say money back garranteed, well no such luck, a waist of money,now you can cleay swe what I would of wanted, but not these people, this people dont give a damn, I will never go with this. I wish I read these reviews before ordering from this company. We had a deadline for our photo album. It has been 14 days since the order was submitted and we still haven't received any email update about the order. After contacting the customer service to ask paying for faster shipping, we got a response from an agent. But all she said was that they can't do anything about it? So, we missed our important date. And the photo album is still no where to be found. I spent countless hours to create our special wedding album. And for the order to disappear, it's beyond upsetting. I won't ever do business with this company ever again and will be sure everyone I know will stay away from them. Unethical company...

Purchased through Groupon. Web site is not user friendly. Uploaded photos are in random order which makes very difficult to place photos in any chronological order. Will never purchase from them again.
Extremely bad experience.
I ordered 2 photobooks on April 9th (I should add that the website was extremely slow and it was a real hardship to create the photobooks, it took us more than 4 hours). The photobooks processing time was written (only at the end of the process) to being between 2 and 9 business days. At 10 business day, the order was still not processed so I contacted them. They told me to be patient and tried to let me know how to count business days. When I told them I knew what business days were and showed them that we were at 10, they stopped answering my email. We are today at 11 business days and I still have no answer, my order is still not processed and not sent.
If you have pictures or photobooks to print, I would advice you to do it somewhere else. It was my first experience with them and it will be my last one.
This was of poor quality and they guarantee is crap they sent me the same quilt without fixing there mistake ask could I send back since it was no good to me didn't get a reply

I bought a Groupon & then paid extra to upgrade my order. Printerpix took my money, but never applied the upgrades to my order. They did not respond to my emails or inquires. I got a horrible product & never got my money back.

I placed an album print order on 2/1 and the product is not yet shipped even after 18 days since the order date. I contacted customer care and they have no updates or knowledge about the delay. They simply said the work is in process and wil be shipped once ready. Not a recommendation! Bad Service! No one tracks the order fulfillment from printerpix and they let customers go after them following up with an order. Don't go for this product!
