The WORST Customer Service EVER! Do not use.

This company provides the WORST customer service ever. I will never use them again. I order personalized calendars every year and decided to change companies this year to Printerpix and after almost 20 emails and chat requests (I never heard back), I ordered the calendars which took about 25 hours to personalize because Printerpix would not answer my questions. Upon receiving the calendars, they were printed on the worst quality of paper and were delivered bent and with marks on them. They printed the calendar months out of order and on the back sides. You can't read the holidays or the dates and they are printed much smaller on the actual calendars than on the preview screen through their website.

After spending a lot of money the blanket was damaged. Contacted printerprix constantly...no reply...I would not recommend this company at all as their after care is worse than useless product very disappointed with

Horrible company - you've been warned

I ordered two metal prints in November and received them in mid-December. The smaller print (8x12) was OK, but the larger print (16x20) was horrible. The colors were washed out and not saturated. You could see the aluminum through the printing because it was so faint. It looked like it had been sitting out in the sun for 10 years. In addition, there was a crease in the metal. They are supposed to have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so I reported the problems with my order. I was told that they would send me a replacement. I asked them if I could get a refund instead since it was supposed to be a Christmas present. I never got a response. Weeks went by and still no replacement print. I kept getting excuses about them being busy because of the holiday season. After about four weeks, I called them and found out that the customer service representatives who I had previously corresponded with had never ordered a replacement. About a week later I finally got the replacement print and it looked even worse than the first print. It was even more washed out looking and it was even easier to see the metal. I e-mailed a complaint and then followed up with a phone call a day or two later. I explained the problem and said that I wanted a refund. The woman told me to send a picture of the problem and she would then send the refund. I did this and then didn't hear anything back, so I called again. The woman promised a refund and an e-mail confirmation. As of this writing, she still hasn't done this. My next step is going to be to file a consumer fraud complaint with my state attorney general.
Update: The print that I thought was good was also found out to be bad. After I unwrapped it, I found a defect in the sky (see pictures). The defect is to the right of the pen tip.

I did not receive my order which was Christmas gifts. I actually received photos of people I did not know & a dog blanket I didn't know. This company did nothing to try to correct their mistakes after numerous attempts to contact them. I do not recommend this company

Very disappointing

The lighting was so overexposed the picture looked like a gold negative. Photo wasn't cropped or aligned on the metal. I feel ripped off. Customer Service offered 50% a reorder. 150% cost to maybe get what I want?
Shame on you.

They will not I repeat PrinterPix will not " whether that takes a reprint of your order or a refund" I wanted a refund as the metal prints look washed out they said that is they it is they would print them on canvas. I said canvas was to thick all I wanted was a full refund they said the metal images were the same as the photos I sent in, NOT SO. If you need their # *******994

Bad Customer service and bad printing

Printerpix: the communication is terrible. They barely get back to you.
I ordered 30 calendars last month, and the colours came back dark and dull.
I have been trying to get them to help me for the past few weeks and they have not been very helpful. Very bad service. I will not be using them again.

This company is absolutely awful to…
This company is absolutely awful to work with. Do not be fooled by the Groupon. I purchased a Groupon to create three picture books. After creating the books I learned that expedited shipping was going to be over $200 to try to get them delivered within 2 weeks. I was forced to pay the amount to attempt to get the books before Christmas. When I realized their shipping was delayed, there was no one to speak to to adjust the delivery address. I sent several emails with zero response. The photo books arrived a week after Christmas, seriously disappointing after all I paid for expedited shipping. There is no way to reach a representative by phone, how do I give this company zero stars? They allow discounted Groupon purchases and then beat you over the head with the shipping charges and again absolutely no one to have a conversation with. No response to emails zero communication

I ordered a blanket 20 days before Christmas thinking it would be in in time, mostly because it advertised on only talking 8 to 10 business days. I got the confirmation that the $65 purchase was made and that I actually ordered it as well. It is now 10 days after Christmas and the order is still yet to be shipped. I have tried contacting the company but have gotten no response.

Worst photobook site ever

I ordered from printerfix with an order of a little over 200 and received the wrong item the rest I have yet to receive I ordered on 12/18/22 it is now Jan 3rd. Customer service is the worst because they have not gotten back to me about the problems with my order. I emailed them twice and sent a picture of the wrong item I received

Horrible costumer service

I ordered my Christmas cards (45 of them) and only received 1. Here we are after Christmas and I haven't received my remaining 44 plus they made me pay shipping again for the remaining cards. They suck and don't buy from them. Quality is horrible as well.

As other have said in their negative reviews, this scam company don't even send items. Shipping for one calendar was around £7. For that amount I'd expect next day delivery. It has now been over a month and nothing. The tracking number on the website is invalid, they've clearly just made up a tracking number. What a complete scam. Customer service responses are generic copy and pasted sentences that don't even address the content of my own email. The responses also look like google translate has been used. I've told them to refund THREE TIMES and they've ignored each email. This website need to be shut down, it's clearly an overseas shell company taking payments without actually ever having the physical products to send. The positive reviews are clearly fakes paid for by them, again the English looks like badly translated paid-for reviews. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS!

Go to walmart if you want a product on time for a birthday, Christmas, etc. Like previous customers, my order is delayed. It promised to arrive before Christmas eve. Well, it's now Christmas eve and nothing. I contacted them and they said sorry. Its delayed. I am missing 5 presents for Christmas. Terrible shipping service. Its been almost 2 weeks.

No customer service!

I had six projects designed for Christmas, and could not proceed to check out. I sent several emails to customer service, and the only response I got said, "Now that you found a resolution to your problem if you have any other trouble contact us." Well, I have had no response and no solution. It was supposed to be free shipping and since they have left me hanging, they now charge a big shipping fee. I have spent an inordinate amount of time with this company. I guess they don't want the business.
