I had concerns but could not reach anyone until I called a number in the UK where their main office is.
Their email responses & US customer service phone number are automated.
I stressed as I read bad reviews, to say the least. Finally it arrived.
I can breath again regarding this matter and considering making more books.
I purchased a Groupon for 100 holiday cards when I created and ordered the cards I ordered 100 and they charged me $23.99 for shipping! I pay it bc it's hard to return a Groupon. I get my invoice and it was for 25 cards only! I paid for 100 with $24 shipping even though they we're advertising free shipping for cyber week! I emailed several times to no avail! No response no answer on the customer support phone number. I received the cards theyre beautiful I'll give them that but not worth all the money I paid and I dont have enough cards to mail out I wound up ordering more cards from staples!
I placed an order on October 26,2022. Today is December 3, and nothing has yet arrived. Tracking info shows one item has not even been shipped; the other is said to be two states for now over a month. Do not order from PrinterPix unless you do not mind getting it after you die.
I ordered a book in mid November with intentions of getting this book prior to Christmas. I check on the order 2 weeks later and it is stuck for unknown reasons. Try to find a live person...nothing. Sent several emails...just a robo response. Stay away from this company. There's a reason the reviews for them are so bad.
I have used printerpix for photo albums and have been very satisfied. I decided to use them for some picture pillows and blankets and I am not happy with the results and won't use them again for these types of things. The "blanket" is as big as a towel and the pillow is teeny-tiny. My bad I should have paid more attention to the size - you get what you pay for!
Photo book arrived without photos. They claimed it was ordered that way. I said that didn't make any sense, even if I accidentally ordered it that way. Quality control should have picked that up. No one wants a photo book without photos. 4 days back and forth emails. I only got a call because I demanded that someone call and talk to me. Their customer service number just says to use the website. Their chat kicks off constantly. They seem to be refusing to see that they were wrong to print it, and don't want to refund. I will never use them again.
Premium fleece blankets are not premium in any way nor are these blankets. It is a thin piece of fleece, not enough of bulk to actually be a blanket. Images were ok, not super clear or color corrected. Will not order again especially for the price paid. Embarrassed to give as gifts as they look and feel cheap and about to fall apart.
This company does not guarantee their product & delivery. Scale of 1-10, they are a zero. Better company is Metal Print, they guarantee product & delivery. Buyer beware if you do business with PrinterPix. Copy of my purchase is available.
This company is a total scam! Ordered the blanket more than 3 weeks ago. Customer service never picks up the phone. Sent 3 Email requests and got the same bull$#*! answer that the product is in final stages of production (for more than a week already). They are not giving you any true information. The product is very delayed. Terrible customer service and total scam!
We were so excited when we received our book today, I added 50 pages so ended up spending a lot. The book we received had many captions cut off and/ or was crooked. Names aren't complete nor sentencing. Really upset as it took me a long time to put it all together and it's a mess!. Unable to get anyone to make this right. The photos weren't bad but the rest is awful. I won't use them again. Obviously no proof reading or checking was done before printing. Be warned! Tried to add photos but I couldn't make them small enough. It wouldn't take them in full
Would not order from PrinterPix again. I ordered a calendar in January that still has not arrived despite them telling me TWICE that it was printed and dispatched. Now they are refusing to answer my emails regarding my request for a refund. Very disappointed with them.
Stay away from this company! Slower than a slug service and horrible customer service! Cannot get a human voice when calling. Lousy company!

Ordered items on February 8. They finally shipped on February 16 with an estimated delivery date of February 25. According to tracking it left the origin destination and then 2 days later went back. Then it left again and was "in transit" to me. On the 25th it update to say the item would be late. On the 28th I reached out to the company because I wanted to know where my item was. I was told that I would need to wait 7-10 working days from when it was shipped. I reached out again on March 2nd since that would be 10 working days from when it shipped. Both times the customer service agents were rude and did not care at all that I had paid for items I hadn't received. The second agent again told me to wait a couple more times and tried to tell me it had not been 10 days. I have chosen to dispute the charge with my bank as they refuse to give me a refund. Do not use them ever!
I had an issue that was dealt with very promptly by Susan Daniel. All my needs and issues were met to the highest standard.
Therefore I would highly recommend Printerpix, their work is absolutely incredible

It's been two weeks waiting for a reply from Printerpix customer service. Received my photo on canvas and it was centered on the canvas but not expanded to the edges. NOT even close to what I thought I ordered. Reached out twice, but no answer from the company. The finished product looks so ridiculous, I would have hoped someone would have questioned it and contacted me. Nope. Wasted money, as far as I'm concerned. This is the second time I was dissatisfied with Printerpix. Last order took over a month for a 11X10 canvas print. I should have known better. My advice: find another company to work with.
I was ill and unable to get a valentines card so made and ordered one on Printerpix last Friday.
Paid £6.84 for next day delivery.
Now Tuesday and not turned up, and no reply from customer services!
Thank you Rachel for sorting out the problem, lots of emails later the missing album arrived yesterday. Not sure whose fault that the second album didn't come with the first (which was very quick and efficient) but contacting customer service by email was easy and the problem rectified. Thanks again Rachel for your patience
Answer: Do not ever trust this company. They need to go out of business.
Answer: I don't think corporate exists I dont think this is a legitimate company. I have reported them to PayPal and groupon will also be reporting them to my attorney general office
