I ordered two canvases with photos from a vacation. One was 36X24 the other was 30X20 and I was cautiously hopeful going in and I was blown away with the quality. I got both of mine in four days and these are incredible. These pictures were incredimportant to me and I was beyond elated with how they came out. I've got more pictures from my time in Ireland I plan on having them put to canvas as well. Highly recommend.
Immediately after I ordered the "top of the line" Sherpa blankets they asked me to leave a review about how happy I was on another website. I decided to wait and inspect the quality. It was effortless to order, took three weeks to get here, and calling the blankets garbage might be too kind. The pictures were blurry and looked to be printed on felt that was sewn to the thinnest piece of Sherpa I have ever seen. I am so disappointed in the quality. Now I have to find another birthday present for my mom. Ugh!
I have used Printerpix numerous times over the past few years. I never had a problem, so I continued to use them. Well as soon as I had a problem the company is a disaster to work with. I have contacted them numerous times about this issue. I have emailed and called. I have worked with many different employees who told me they would help fix the issue and admitted they were at fault. I understand mistakes are made, but they never followed through to fix the issue. I ordered cards in October for Christmas. They were printed with a mistake. I contacted the company and they said they would fix the issue since it was their fault. Long story short I never received the corrected cards until after Christmas. I tried to cancel the order two weeks before Christmas because at that point I knew I would not get the cards in time since it had already been 6 weeks. Then after Christmas I simply wanted my money back. After numerous attempts to contact them... over a dozen. I never got a response. I was told many times that someone would be calling me. Still waiting for the call. Bring your business elsewhere!
I've placed five orders with PrinterPix.
Two wall calendars arrived fine.
I had two orders for "discount vouchers" but neither of the codes worked. If you go onto PrinterPix's own "Contact us" webpage, the second option is "My voucher does not work". They completely know about this issue, and don't care.
And my fifth order, for a wall calendar, just didn't ever turn up, and they didn't reply to any of my complaint emails.
Ironically, one month later, I then placed an order for a calendar from PhotoBox instead, told them this (with proof of my PhotoBox purchase) and demanded a refund, and within 20 minutes, PrinterPix emailed me to say that my order - which should have been posted a month ago - was on it's way. Uh-huh.
PrinterPix is THE most unreliable, hopeless online company I've ever used, with zero customer service, and a Live Chat option on their website which is permanently "down due to a technical issue".
They are the Las Vegas of printing companies... you might get what you ordered, but it's a gamble.
Never, ever again...

Update: Friday 4th February. I have repeatedly asked for a refund, and I sent PrinterPix *proof* that I've given up on them, and ordered a calendar from PhotoBox instead. Over and over again, they just ignored this request... and today, they agreed to refund me money... but just for the P&P charge. Ridiculous. I had a tiny issue with my product however Rachel was quick to fix it and was very polite the whole time.
They are quick to take your money. My product never came and their customer service reps barely speak English. I ended up filing a claim with my bank to get my money back. They are thieves, low budget thieves!
I received my order, a blanket, with an error in the printing. Patricia at customer service sorted out the problem with a replacement blanket quickly and efficiently. Very quick response from Patricia to my emails considering all this took place over the Christmas period. Great customer service and will definitely use the company again. Blanket was great quality. I purchased a canvas through PrinterPix on Groupon and my voucher code was not working. I emailed Bowen at customer service and he got back to me so quickly and kindly with a new voucher code. My canvas is now on its way. 5 stars for customer service!
I bought a blanket for my mom. I received the blanket on time but there were 5 photos with the heads cut off. I called CS and they said send an email with the pictures. I did but I haven't had any luck getting them to respond. I do not get how they don't QC their products before they send them out. I was so upset it ruined my moms Christmas present. If I get a response I'll update my review.
I placed an order for Christmas Cards. They were collage type and took a screen shot of what I was ordering when I placed the order. The product arrived and 2 of the 8 photos are flipped upside down. I reached out to the company, feeling guilty that they were going to have to absorb the cost to reprint...
They said I ordered them that way and I was going to have to place a new order and pay for the entire project again. I showed them proof of that I did not order them that way. Would not recommend to anyone! Steer clear.
Placed order, was told would receive by Christmas, it is now Christmas Eve, no update on order since 12/20 which stated fine touches being done. Have sent 4 emails with no response, call, placed on hold and never gets answered, live chat, waited 1 hr and 15mins for someone and got booted off. Can't cancel my order and can't get a refund. Total SCAM!
I placed an order on December 6 and have still not received my Christmas cards (today is December 23rd). I wrote several emails to Printerpix, they responded to none. I called the company several times (3-4 times) and each time I had to consistently call to get through the busy signal. When I did, I was put on hold for over 45 minutes each time. On December 20th, a representative took the time to track my package and told me it would be delivered that day. I was not. Fed Ex let me know that this company chose economy shipping. Why that delayed my card delivery is beyond me. All I know is these cards were going to family and friends after a very stressful year and now they won't be there in time for Christmas. I regret ordering from Printerpix.
I ordered a blanket, which came 3 weeks later than told. IT CAME RIPPED AND WRITING WAS BACKWARDS!?!
I received 2 pkgs from PrinterPix this month (12/2021). Neither pkg had any info (other than my name on the label). No paperwork was enclosed. I had NO idea who'd sent the Christmas gifts. After sending an email to several family members in the picture of one throw, I eventually found it was one of my sons & his wife.
My dau-in-law said there was NO OPTION when filling out the shipping info, as to whether it was a gift, who it was for, or who it was from. Such a common and simple thing for the business to include. It made a lot of work on my end,

Attempted to contact them 37 times:
8 times by Phone - on hold for over 30 minutes each time and nobody ever answers
21 times by Email - not a single response
8 times by live chat where they tell me "I'll receive my order shortly".
However they will not/Cannot supply a tracking number even though the website explicitly states "Certified Delivery by UPS, FEDEX and USPS"-- all of which utilize tracking numbers.
12 days in - no product, no response at all from the company.
STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS... THIS HAS ALL THE EARMARKS OF A SCAM!
I'd give 0 stars if possible. Product is fine if there are no issues. On 11/6/21, I ordered 250 holiday cards but I only received 125 envelopes. Since 11/26/21 to now 5 days before Christmas, I haven't received my envelopes. I start early for a reason but Printerpix has ruined my holiday spirit with their terrible customer service. The only follow a script for their customer resolution. They lack problem solving and ability to think outside of their box. Clearly, their script should be rewritten. Finally another option was given by Patrick after I insisted and complained. On 12/13 a replacement order was made because that's the only way to expedite getting envelopes but I still haven't received anything. I was told I've receive tracking information and that I'd have it by Dec. 20th. On Dec. 20th, I had to call to get tracking info which they said would take 24 hours to obtain. When I finally received the tracking info, delivery is for Dec. 22 by 9pm. I've spent too much time on hold, sent chats & emails and not received any calls from customer managers to resolve this matter. BEWARE IF YOU ORDER FROM PRINTERPIX. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & RESOLUTION POLICIES. I guess to get holiday cards, I need to order in October. Order from another company.
I ordered a picture collage for my daughter for Christmas on 12/9/21. Guaranteed by Christmas it said. Here we are on 12/21/21, Christmas Eve is in 4 days and the website still says they are preparing my order so what are the odds I will be handing this to my daughter on Christmas Day. I usually check out reviews for a new website before i order but the item was just so perfect for her that I jumped the gun. Lesson learned! Passing this along so no one else will stress out on this as I have!
Ordered calendars for Christmas and still waiting. So much for shipping as a gift. Back to Shutterfly next year.
I waited forever for my Christmas Card order. Placed on 12/2/2021 and as of today... 12/18/2021 still not received, although I did receive a shipment notice today that it was shipped.
Given that Chistmas is now 1 week away, the cards are worthless. I tried to get help via phone through their Customer Service twice. Of absolutely NO Value. Got nowhere except a bunch of worthless lectures about their processes. I also tried to get help via email address... again, nothing but the canned "we received your email" and then not one further communication about the issue. NEVER AGAIN!
Extremely disappointed in the service Printerpix provided. Placed 3 orders, *******, *******, and *******, on Dec. 3 and 4th for 4 photo books. Became very concerned about items arriving by Christmas when they were not shipped in a timely manner. Waited 1 1/2 hours for chat line, then another 45 minutes to be told curtly that all items would arrive before Christmas. I explained over and over that I needed items by the 22nd, as this is when gift exchange would take place. I was never given an answer to this query, only it will arrive by Christmas. Totally ignored my question and my needs. I then emailed trying to get resolution. Sent 4 different emails, only to get generic response that due to Covid, you were short staffed. Yet, I kept receiving emails that if you ordered today, you could receive new items by Christmas. If you can not handle orders that have already been placed, then why put out a sale on new items assuring customers they could receive them by Christmas. True, this is using expedited mailing service, but still these items were ordered weeks ago! If you can not handle orders that have been placed weeks ago, then use expedited services on them as well. This was adding insult to injury as days passed without a reply to my question. Finally, today, Dec. 18th, I receive notice that items are being shipped out. Three will arrive Dec. 23, after gift exchange, and one will not arrive till after Christmas. I am most disappointed with your customer service and insulted to keep receiving emails about items you can order for Christmas arrival, when I can not get items I ordered on Dec. 3rd and 4th in the time needed. It would not have been so bad if someone had at least had the courtesy to contact or personally reply and let me know that for whatever reason, you could not get items out in the time needed. Oh and by the way, I purchased a 5th book at the same time from Shutterfly. It arrived over a week ago.
