One month later still no order. Phoned 3 times and spoke to people only to fob me off with different excuses. Tried phoning today over 2 hours wasted and line kept getting cut off... Messaged on website and Facebook no reply on either. I expect a full refund. This company has to be the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Would not recommend and if I could it would get 0 star.
I expected to receive durable quality picture tiles. Cheap foam. Pictures dented and creased. I could have done this myself at Walmart much better. 178$ Luckily I only paid 70 for "Black Friday" DO NOT BUY
This company is a scam! They took way over a month to delivery their cheaper than cheap calendars! They double print instead of 12 month calendar you will gets 6 month double sided calendar! The paper quality is horrible! The size is actual full side not the actual print area like they lead you to believe and like most other company's offer. You will wait on hold for one hour to talk to someone in customer service and they will try and tell you your order shipped but won't give you a tracking number. I've never seen such a terrible print company! Stay away, stay far away!
Oreder a custom blanket, they sent me a completely wrong blanket with another families custom photos. Took me an hour of being being on hold before i could speak with anyone and they told me they could not get the replacement any faster than 2 weeks which will not be in time for christmas
Its been over a month since I placed my order.
I have my account number, but no update and there noting in my account that even states they are even working on it.
Last update was Nov 17th saying it's almost done.
It's now Dec 12th and still no update and no puzzle.
Order a few things over a month ago and still nothing. No response from customer service, I'd highly recommend you go somewhere else
Process was simple on Groupon, was disappointed the shipping was so high but hoped that meant the cards would arrive in a timely manner. 10 days later and two unresponsive emails and still NO cards. Checked the status on Printerpix website and order still hasn't even been processed, so no hope of having the cards in time for sending out for pre-Christmas arrival. At this point, just going with another vendor and will make a note never to use this company again
Do not, under any circumstances, order from this company. I ordered and paid for three metal prints, along with ridiculously expensive shipping, on November 5th. They shipped one damaged print on December 7th with no explanation of where the other two metal prints were. It took me 31 phone calls to finally get through to their "customer service". What a joke, I was instructed to send PROOF of the damaged metal print before they would refund. When I complained, the "customer service" rep, Ady, simply hung up on me. I have sent proof of the damaged metal print (see attached photo) but Printerpix does not respond. I have cancelled my order and ordered from Costco. Printerpix has extremely poor production and the worst customer service.

I ordered a photo book of 20 pages, what I received was my 20 pages plus additional 60 pages of people's faces cut off and pictures so close they look 3D. I had to call 4 times mind you always being told I will get a call back, finally by the 5th time I called I was basically told that it was my fault and that I cannot get a refund, but I can get another "free" book, but he wasn't sure if I can get a free book he would ask his supervisor if he can and would "have to call me back" mind you he said he was the supervisor when I demanded to speak to a supervisor. Well, here I am a month later still no call back, no free book, and out $37.00. Horrible product and worse customer service, just pay full price people it will save you in the end.
I was def worried. I got this around black Friday for $36! I went with the Sherpa throw blanket. The image quality is amazing, especially for using older pictures. It's super soft on the photo side. I wish the Sherpa side was softer but it's not picky so that's great. My mom will love it. Oh, and fast delivery. I bought it on Black Friday and arrived December 4th! I also read reviews that shipping can take a while but that was not my experience, I love in MI. Honestly I couldn't have asked for anything better!
Canceled my order within 10 minutes due to crazy high shipping rate to Canada. Two days later I get an email saying order is in production and too late. I call. Hold for 20 minutes and get disconnected. Call again. Immediately disconnected. Use my Hu by's phone and immediately get someone to talk to. Told them my situation and was told to calm down. Was told order was canceled and I should see refund within 10 business days. Not holding my breath.
I have waited almost 1 month for my calendar which has not even been shipped yet I chatted with someone a week ago and wa stood they're really expediting my order and I would have it soon fast forward a week still has not been shipped in which I started a chat again and was told well you've waited this long what's 5 more days! I got part of my order but the calendar seems that it will never get to me
They need to sent their entire service team to classes because not only was I told I needed to wait 5 more days but I was also told "sorry to tell you we can't give a date it will be there"
I will be taking my screenshots of my messages to my card company and disputing also filed with the better business bureau
This is the worst company! Terrible customer service. They disconnected me several times from their chat. Took 20-30 minutes between responses when I did get connected and never helped me. Once I got to the point where they were going to confirm refund they disconnected me again. The phone line rings and rings and there's no getting through to anyone that way either. They sent me the wrong order and what they did send the quality of the my picture on the cards was extremely poor.
After purchasing a Groupon and receiving a voucher code, I spent hours completing my project, picking pictures out, putting dates on them, etc. At checkout, my voucher code would not work. After contacting Groupon and Printerpix, Groupon refunded what I paid. After several emails explaining I did not want a refund, I wanted a working voucher code. I contacted Printerpix begging for help, explaining I still wanted my projects and asked them, considering the circumstances could they please offer me any kind of discount? I received a very snarky email back with a flat out NO. Never again will I use Printerpix. They were evidently not at all concerned with keeping my business.
The PrinterPix site is user friendly, plus it allowed me to work on it over time and come back to it. However, once I placed my order, I had no idea that it would be 38 days later that I would write a review of how poor their service truly is. I have tried to contact the company four times (3 emails, 1 phone call) regarding the status and whereabouts of my order. I have received replies of "just wait a few more days" and "please reply to this email if you haven't received your order." However, I have yet to receive any kind of confirmation that my order is on its way to me. The tracking number is not working. It shows that my product has never been picked up from PrinterPix by the USPS. I really wish I had seen their poor service reviews before I purchased from them. At this point, I don't know if I will receive my product or not. I would not recommend trusting this company with an order; especially if it's an important item to you, as was mine... a birthday gift.
Placed an order on 10/31. As of 11/24, still have not received and info on site has consistently said info unavailable even though it shows my order was placed. I've contacted the company twice via email and instead of answering my question they send me a survey on that same email to rate the product and service. What?!? I will never order from this company again. There are too many other good sites that actually fulfill their orders and respond to customers. This isn't one of them.
I'll never by from here again. I ordered pictures back in September and almost 3 months later never received my order. They couldn't track down 2 of the replacement orders they supposedly sent out (never received tracking info) and tried to do anything but refund me. Finally after 10 hours of trying to reach a supervisor I spoke to one and they said they would refund my money and I would receive a confirmation email. 6 days later I received an email saying a brand new order with a new order # has been shipped! And I never received my refund! I had to call my bank to put in a claim. Honestly there is something not right with these people
