After researching the best place to order holiday cards, I settled on printerpix. After I created my card and went to check out, I was hit with a shipping cost of $34.99! I attempted to reach out to customer service three times and received NO response. Very unprofessional in addition to a rip off of shipping charges!
I had a little hiccup but was able to get help from customer service. They were very supportive and willing to help
I ordered a photobook almost a month ago and they haven't shipped it out. I can't get them to reply to my emails, Facebook messages, contact us page, anywhere. They started ghosting me about a week ago after lying to me about giving me a refund for a product they never sent and about having sent the product to the post office. They are acting as though this is a scam, so watch out before buying anything from them. You won't get it and they won't make it better.
After speaking with customer support live and confirming with an email, they still sent my Christmas picture cards to the wrong address. They now sit 160 miles away from where they were supposed to be sent. Now customer support does not respond to my emails. NEVER AGAIN
Timeframe from placing order to delivery is no where close to estimate. Recent order placed 11/8/23, received email 11/12/23 saying "adding a touch of magic to your order", and no additional update. Estimated delivery cannot be obtained. Another order placed in October 2023 took more than 35 days to receive my delivery, which is disappointing since each Photobook costs about $12 for shipping and delivery. Business is difficult to get on the phone and is apologetic about their customer service.

Very small. Picture is on bottom page with calendar, not normal sized calender. Thin cheap spiral, have to flip it around for the rest of the 6 months. Because of this design the pictures rub against the wall ruining them. Over priced for such a small calendar and not all 12 months are on the front
Ordered a metal print on November 11th. The print hasn't been shipped and its the 20th of November. I called customer service and he said he has no Idea when the print will be sent. It needed to arrive by November 24th. I've already reversed payment with my bank. DO NOT DO BUDINES WITH THIS COMPANY! NO TRACKING NUMBER AND NO IDEA WHEN I WILL GET MY PRINT.
I spent over $600 to creat a gallery wall last year. When I recently ordered to replace a photo I received a very inferior product due to the company's redesign. Got a really cool response when I inquired. Will

This company does not stand behind its products. My photo was printed on dark metal, not white like I requested. They had no intention of allowing me to return my wall piece. The metal itself is extremely flimsy. Her head and feet printed on the edges of the metal and I was so disappointed.

I just received my products and they look absolutely terrible! One photo has big brown
Smudges that aren't in the actual photo, they are very translucent not like other metal prints I've ordered in the past. They are so pixelated looking (and not because of my photo size) they look blurry. I was so excited to hang my beautiful wedding photos up and these are so terrible I can't even hang them up! They absolutely just take away from the beauty of my wedding and Greece. My acrylic prints I ordered from Canvas one are a million times better looking.

Making my canvas wrapped photo was pretty easy. Trying to order it cost a little bit of a problem when the website would not complete my order. But with the help of the representatives, the problem was solved, and I finally received my beautiful canvas photo. They did a beautiful job on it. It looks so nice and I'm very happy with it.
Ordering was easy, product delivery was quick. Recommended!
The blanket I ordered turned out perfect! Every detail of the picture I sent in came out beautifully on the blanket. After I had put in my order, I received updates as the blanket was being made. My order came quickly and with the expected delivery date via FedEx. Thank you for a beautiful job!
It was to small for the price I paid. I feel you should make the blankets a little larger for the price.

Answer: Do not ever trust this company. They need to go out of business.
Answer: I don't think corporate exists I dont think this is a legitimate company. I have reported them to PayPal and groupon will also be reporting them to my attorney general office
Answer: I talked to customer service today because my bar was red and at 0 and she said they just gave it to ups and she sent me a tracking number
