Ordered on 10/10, paid extra to just make sure the gift was received by Xmas. It has been waiting for a Fed Ex pickup since 12/12. Emailed them, chatted w them and no response. They only responded when I contacted American Express. I wouldn't trust them.
The paper is flimsy. It arrived bent as they did not put any cardboard in the mailer. The calendar only had 6 pages and you had to reverse it for the 2nd half of the year. Shipping was slow. Will not use again. Will do Shutterfly!
Your company lies. I've called so many times for my order and you blame FedEx. Fedex doesnt have the order it is still stuck in the UK. Shame on you for taking mine and everyone's else's money and not following through. Filing a claim with BBB because you do not answer my emails nor my messages on messenger. DISRESPECTFUL COMPANY!
I got Groupon for their services. I submitted my project on 12/9, and paid extra for 7-9 business days service, because I will need to have it for my travel oversea on 12/21. I called and was told that I would have it not later than 12/21. However, It is not yet shipped out on 12/21. I called many many times since Monday, but was told that it will get to me before Christmas.
I am now have no present for my in-laws, and I will have to spend $130 to FedEx oversea, not knowing it will get there before we return home.
I will never use them again. My other project to Mixbook came back in shorter time and flawlessly.
I got two groupons for this company and I should have known that the deal was too good. In trying to create Christmas card, they show a limited number of designs, nothing fun. I finally found one that was ok, but the website kept crashing, lost my design twice and when I went back to fix my design it kept defaulting to a different design not of my choosing. Finally got it ordered, surprise, shipping is like $35 for regular shipping. Got an email with zero details allowing me to review my order or shipping. I also made four little books, they never seemed to ship, I emailed and asked where they were, no answer. Finally get a shipping confirmation after three weeks and they are being mailed to my billing address not my shipping address. So now my christmas presents are not going to arrive in time and the company will not assist in making this error correct. Extremely unhelpful customer service. If I had been sent anything with my order details showing that it incorrectly listed my billing address as the shipping address I could have called to correct it, but they did not provide these details in their confirmation email to me nor did they reply to my email asking about shipping from a week ago. Very unfortunate. There are lots of Printing companies out there better than this one. AVOID at all cost.
Kept telling me page 18 was blank no matter how many times I redid the page. Also had a terrible experience ordering cards earlier today.
I placed my order I chose the Stantard option as can be confirmed in my order, with the certainty that I would receive my order by Friday the Dec 22nd, it would be my secret friend gift for Christmas, on the website when placing my zip code the information I had was to receive it by the 22nd, after paying $47 (it wasn't cheap). The deadline simply changed to after Christmas, I called and tried to speak to someone, the person said they would get back to me and I didn't respond, I sent an email and no one got back to me, I sent a message on Instagram and the person started flirting with me and then disappeared, almost $50 thrown away, because I won't receive my order on time and I will have the loss of buying anything else for my friend for Christmas. It's absurd that you put misleading information before the purchase, then come with other information that it wasn't the deadline I saw, I made a screenshot of the screen with the information included, first time I do business with you and LAST, money lost. Oh and detail, 2 finishing services were included that I did not request, totaling approximately $14 extra. Completely biased and unclear website. DISAPPOINTED.
Bought a calendar Nov 25th, still not arrived, contacted customer service awful experience, said wait 2 days, still not arrived tried contacting them again and they ignore all emails, live chat not available. Requested refund as item is not going to arrive now, and they ignore that as well, so no item and no refund, awful company avoid
I ordered on the 13th in plenty of time to have calendar by Christmas, even paid extra to process faster. It said it was done the next day but still waiting for courier a week later. Will never get in time for christmas now. Do not use this company. Customer service is a run around too
No tracking number. Never received order. When I contact customer support, they send a generic vague response that does nothing to fix the situation.
The shipping fees are over the top. When I ordered the voucher I added items to my purchase so I could get free shipping on my entire order. When I used the voucher I had to pay $25 for shipping anyway. I wasted my money buying the extra items to get up the total so I could get free shipping. Very frustrating. On top of that, I placed my order on a day that "guareenteed" delivery before Christmas. My order was not delivered until several days AFTER Christmas, which then required my mailing the items to several people and having to pay postage yet again. I contacted customer service and was told the order was delivered late because they were busy. Not a good excuse.
So we ordered a Large metal print collage. They offered a second one for $20. The stand thing was $5 x2 (vs. Wall mount), "high def" printing was $5 x 2. Ok one picture is faded and terrible and fuzzy and shiney, i don't think we can give it to the person it was intended for. Just one arrived. Then the second goes into production - their explanation is that is being made. The second one was better. The first one DID NOT come with the counter mounting thing I paid $5 for. Pretty poor fuzzy printing on the first one - the second one that arrived about 10 days later was much better. I have ordered metal prints before they were always pretty thick. These are not thick they are very thin and cheap feeling. I get about 3 or 4 emails a day from these people, every day. 2 for one photo blankets, bogo etc etc IT NEVER STOPS.
Absolutely awful experience! I caution anyone using the site. I spent hours collating my parent in law Christmas present and opted for the most expensive photo book of their rage. I submitted the order over a week ago and chased up with their customer support (after waiting for an hour) who assured me that my photo book was in the final stages of printing! On Saturday evening I get a bland to the point email that my order has been cancelled because the file is blank! When I replied immediately and questioned the validity of the excuse I got no reply.i have asked for a full refund and heard nothing back so there goes £126 wasted! On top of that what would have been a lovely present for my parent in law who are flying in from Italy this Christmas is completely ruined! I am furious and so unbelievably disappointed by the service their staff and their attitude
Horrible! Confusing! I've ordered calendars many times and this entire set up was the worst. I am on my third attempt to redeem my voucher and now some other stupid thing went wrong! I keep reaching out to customer service and I get NOWHERE! I now have calendars I don't need and I bought a voucher that was never used. I am beyond disappointed!
I had a lot of issues uploading my photos and when I finally created a calendar I could not only purchase one. I asked for help and got none. Now I have to start over again, even though I had my whole calendar done. Ridiculous!
I received my blanket with my pictures but they misprinted my name and my husband's name. And then we didn't get back with me to correct the problem.
Tried buying a calendar for my family members. After hours of choosing and setting it up the payment portal does not allow anyone outside a few countries to pay for items and hav them sent to people in the uk. Im based in canda.
Avoid, cant do what you ask, worst service I ahve had online form any company. I am unsure they speak English, the web site prmises 24/7 support which isnt true, lots of marketing bs

Great; exceeded expectations. Blanket was beautiful. Parents so pleased with softness and vibrant colors of pictures used. So worth seeing their expressions when they viewed the entire blanket.
