I did not receive my order in time and could never get updated tracking information from them. When it arrived after its "guaranteed delivery date," I requested a refund for shipping which was approved after multiple phone calls, but I'm still waiting for the refund 3 weeks later due a "delay from their finance team." It has been an incredibly frustrating process.
BEWARE! Do not use this company! They deceive you to get you to upgrade shipping when you dont need to! When it's brought to their attention they don't want to own up to it! Spent an extra 64.00! I am still waiting to speak to a supervisor! I will NEVER use this company again
Purchase books on December 13 shipping was included with my voucher and I placed my order. It said I had to upgrade to standard to guarantee Christmas delivery spent $64. The next two days in a row received emails saying that economy delivery was extended. Called many times to get back my $64. Which they did not do. I feel I was lied to so I would spend more at checkout will never deal with this company again.

Ordered a calendar from Printerpix for Christmas. Never received an email that it was being shipped as they claim to do so they did not. The calendar was left in the rain and because it was not packaged well at all the calendar was soaking wet. The calendar was only placed in a cardboard mailing envelope so it was subject to the elements. The calendar has water stains and is blurry. I had to call and email at least 5 times to try to get help with my order. It is unbelievably hard to reach someone and now I am still waiting on a replacement 2 weeks after Christmas. I am highly unhappy with this company and don't even know for sure if they are replacing my order. The communication is horrible. I would like to be refunded right away. This is unacceptable for a company that says they will not rest until your a happy customer.

I ordered a picture book for my husband for Christmas I ordered it on December 11 and on the 15th I believe I received a email stating that the finishing touches were being done. So I had not received it so on the 19th I had called and was told that it was still not shipped so I was told that it will receive my order by Christmas. I believe it was last week that I received a email stating that my order was shipped. Well it is now January 4 and I still have not received it. I just received a email today that my order was shipped, which is strange, considering I had received a email saying that it was already shipped. I am extremely happy with this company. I will never order from here again. If I could, I would not give this any stars.
I wish I could give this company 0 stars. Do yourself a favor and buy from somewhere else. I ordered two custom photo options (a hardcover book and calendar) and, even after paying extra for expedited shipping, neither item was delivered as promised. I reached out to their customer service - which is a joke in itself - because I kept checking on the status of my orders as they were just sitting in production status and customer service told me the items would "hopefully arrive on time". I asked what options were available to ensure the items were delivered as promised and was left without any resolution. Neither item gift was received on time and it was a huge disappointment. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing, never again!
I ordered 2 packages guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas. They were ordered a week before the shipping deadline so there was plenty of time. It's Jan 1 and neither package has arrived, their customer service offers no resolution and now if they arrive I will have to ship them to family members out of state.
Everytime I called they guaranteed the products would be there but there has been no follow up or resolution.
I understand the holidays, I offered solutions such as having them send me a shipping label to the out of state address or reprint and ship directly there. I have received no comment or service.
I received it, but it is terrible. It came bent because the metal is so thin. Terrible quality. So dissatisfied. I have tried to get in touch with this company by email or phone call without success. If they do not contact me, I will return it anyway!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed my calendar order on 12/3, checked a week later and was told it was still being worked on and usually takes 10-15 days to fulfill an order. Was notified it was done and out for shipping on 12/20 through fedex and estimated delivery date was 1/13?! Now when I check tracking it's 1/24. The website states that orders fulfilled within 10 days and economy shipping is 4-8 business days. Customer service is no help, they just direct me back to the tracking number. At this point, just hoping we get our calendar before 2024 is done.
I ordered a custom puzzle and a mug for Christmas gifts. Both items had the image cut in half. Printer Pix insists that I approved them that way. I did not. They will not refund my money or re-print them. They are very difficult to reach. After many emails and phone calls, they offered me a discount on my next order instead.
They don't answer your messages, phone number doesnt get u to anyone. 10 days for my order & no update. I made the order because it said delivery before Christmas, we are almost new year & still no update no tracking number & no refund.

I ordered from them 2 weeks before Christmas and still haven't got my order and I paid extra for fast delivery never will I order from them again the date keeps changing on the website for my delivery I talked to customer service and she told me I would get my order before Christmas and it still hasn't came now it's saying on the 30th it will be here smh
The process was good and easy. The product is nice quality and I would like to order more products in the future.
I submitted a custom photo book on November 30,2023, so I would have it in time for Christmas. I even called and spoke to a customer service representative on December 15 who assured me I would receive it in time. It is Christmas Eve (Sunday) and no photobook. I had submitted a similar one to Shutterfly on December 9 and received it on December 16. Very disappointed.
I ordered a custom calendar before the posted cut off date on their website for arrival before Christmas. Plus, to be extra sure, I paid extra $ for even faster, expedited shipping. Several days pass without an order update or shipping email so I reach out the customer service via chat feature. Chatted with representative Jason, who tried to placate me with, "Don't worry. 'Hopefully' it will arrive." The next day, I went to chat again because I still hadn't received any email update. Got Jason again, who this time changed his story and said, in essence, "I told you that holiday surge can cause order delays." When I called him out on the carpet to go back through the text thread to show where he said that, he replied, "Oh, sorry for the inconvenience." When I asked him nicely to send me to a different agent, he then said, "I already gave you the tracking. What do you want to know?" The next agent (can't remember his name) while much nicer, was still of no help, just said, "We are doing everything we can to get it to you on time. Try not to worry." All I asked for was refund of my expedited shipping fee since clearly it wasn't expedited in any way. Nope. Wouldn't do it. So here we are on Christmas Eve and my gift for my daughter has not arrived. I would never ever ever recommend this company. Just don't do it.
