RUN if you are considering purchasing any products from PrintPix. I placed an order on 1/22/24 and they failed to get it right as of 3/15/24. I've made seven phone calls to them each time they promise that it will be mailed, however I never received the product. I they are full of empty promises.anf I've wasted so much time with this company. I finally just requested a refund. Not sure I'm really going to see that in the next five to eight business days as promised.
This is absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced! I have called them 13 times (wasting so much time) to receive a refund for a LATE order! They are LIARS!
First of all the orders (all five) were late so I had the embarrassing experience of arriving to family Christmas with no gifts. Then they promised on the phone a full refund if the orders don't arrive on time. Of course...after they arrived late, they change their minds and say it was only a refund of the postage. So man y phone calls later...and it is now 15th of March and i still have not recieved the promised refund for the postage for those orders! REBECCA AND BRIAN are the worst...they lie and lie and lie about when the refunds will be sent over. I am so angry with this company! I am still waiting for my refund and they offer no compensation whatsoever for the inconvenience and the wait. To be honest, I've probably spent more in phone calls to their call centre than I will receive in refund, but it is now more about the principle.
Easy to use. Great deals on Groupon and on site. Color of print correct and quality of paper fine. All in all I found the photo book worthy of using Printerpix again.
No one knows where an order is or when it's going to be shipped. 4 phone calls with representatives over ten days resulted in the same quote: "The order is finished, in the warehouse, and waiting to be shipped, you'll get an email by the end of the day or tomorrow with a tracking number. No email ever came after any of those phone calls. I still do not have my order and have no clue where it is. Worst company EVER!

Based on my experience and the comments on here, the website and company appear to be complete liars.
The mail box is full so you can't email them, there is no 24 hour support as they advertise - no online chat and the phone lines are Monday to Friday 9-5

I felt the editing could be a little easier... I couldn't find the option to make black/white... and didn't quite understand fully how to change from landscape to portrait...I did finally figure it out.
Horrible company with horrible customer service. I placed the order Jan 29th. According to the shipping estimates, my order should've been delivered in 10 business days. I received NO COMMUNICATION from this company, so I called to speak with a representative on Feb 15th. The costumer service person was extremely rude and unprofessional, didn't give me time to express my frustration and promised me my item would be delivered in 2 days before hanging up on me. It is now Feb 18 and I have yet to receive even an update about my order.
Out of frustration and pure curiosity on how long they would take to acknowledge me I started to email them every single day, multiple times a day to see how long they can ignore my emails (currently 15 emails in, no reply)
Save your money and your sanity and go with LITERALLY ANY OTHER COMPANY. I wish I would've read more reviews before spending my money on this.
They will not send you the product. They collect the money, give you order confirmation that it will be sent in 7-10 days and it never comes! Call for a refund and they say they don't give refunds! Trust me! There is a reason they are giving so much off their price.
I ordered a few weeks ago and realized shortly after ordering that it would be better to wait a bit. I emailed them less than an hour after ordering about canceling my order. I have tried contacting them multiple times now, multiple ways and have heard nothing. I read multiple reviews of the same thing. They haven't even made my books from what I can tell. I've tried tracking them and it still says it's in the production process. I just want to cancel my order. Anyways I would recommend taking your money elsewhere.
Guarantee date of 2/14 with economy shipping. Paid for expedited. 2/13 STILL not shipped. Horrible, customer service just says they will expedite it and I may receive it by the end of next week. UNACCEPTABLE!
This company is absolutely terrible. I ordered two picture books on February 5th 2024 with a guaranteed delivery by February 14th. The you track the order on their website, it states that my order was created on Feb 4th and shipped out on Feb 8th. That's really funny that they created an order for me before I had even heard of their company on Feb 5th when I actually created my order. I contacted them on February 9th and they stated that my order was in production and would ship out next week. When I reminded them that they had a guaranteed delivery by Valentines day, they stated that it should arrive. So now they are saying it's already shipped but also still in production... Which one is it? I called them again today, February 12th to get n update. They once again stated that it shipped on Feb. 8th via FedEx. I got a tracking number which stated that a label has been created but that FedEx has not received the package. PrinterPix's response is that FedEx a Global Company has not updated their website. I have spoken to FedEX and they have not received the package. Their website updates several times a day, and if they had received the package on Feb. 8th as PrinterPix says, it would show in their system.I have yet to receive my order and not even sure that I will, but I will definitely NEVER order from them again. This company appears to be a complete scam.
I ordered a blanket in memory of my grandmother for my grandpa and it came super fast as well as looks amazing. I love it so much and loved how fast it came. Definitely will order here again! Worth every penny!
Appalling customer service, product and false advertising which I am now having to take further. Calendars quality was poor and all photos on calendar had heads cut off. Looking at the reviews this is a common issue, yet I was told it was my 'mistake' and therefore not entitled to a refund. Their website clearly states if you are not happy with your creation they will exchange or refund, and will not stop until you're happy - this is a lie. I asked for their official refund policy and since then they have ignored my emails. I am now in touch with the ombudsman.
I ordered 2 customized calendars which were by NO Means economical but customized I didn't expect them to be. I was so excited to receive but horrified when I did receive because the calendars were in the middle of my pictures on all months. Upon reaching out to customer service they basically said too bad not our fault but we can offer you a 50% discount on your next order: you seriously think I'd ditch out any more money on this company. 🤬
I ordered 16 metal 16x20 prints with a Groupon, paid extra for hanging devices and "HD printing", and the total was about $200. They arrived in a very thin flat box, and as I suspected, they were just pieces of metal with no hangers. The metal is so thin it is bendable. But the worst part is the picture quality is so terrible I would never display these. The colors look muted and "off", nothing like other metal photos which I have many of, and the colors are faint and not vivid at all. They advertise satisfaction guaranteed and refunds, so I contacted them by phone. They asked me to send pictures of the prints by email, which I did immediately, and it has been 10 days and I sent another email, all to no avail. No response at all. I really do not have $200 to just throw away, but that is what I did with Printerpix.
I ordered my product on December 21th. It didn't ship until January 4th. It didnt arrive until January 21st... and they charged like $40 for shipping + a fuel surcharge?
