Shopping experience was fine but the process of creating a photobook was difficult and time consuming. It was not easy to navigate through to create the book and frustrating at times. I would hope that they improve the platform for future use.
The platform in which to create a photobook was not easy. It was very time consuming and not easy to work with. There are other sites which have a much better platform but this had a promotion and I wanted to see what the quality would be. I hope they upgrade the platform to make it easier. If they do, I will definitely purchase again in the future.
The NNAT tests were not easy to follow for our 3rd grader. It was not organized properly or easily. I had to go through all the tests and separate the ones that were useful to our daughter. That took some time. I feel that the website has good information but not organized well for parents to follow
So my daughter could practice more on her NNAT tests
