I read a few very nasty reviews on PrimeStyle.com sending out" FAKE DIAMONDS" to customers. Today I asked a Jeweler to look at my 14K Halo Oval Diamond Ring to see if it was fake, lab recreated or genuine diamonds. The Jeweler was very impress with my diamonds color and clarity, how well the ring was hand made, the bow-tie was very invisible and the diamonds are genuine not fake or lab created, because under the microscope he saw one imperfection and a signature mark. The Jeweler told me that my diamond ring oval is better color, cut, clarity than his inventory of the same size. He also stated he liked the center stone up above the halo instead on the same plan, because the natural sun light will really give out the"Bling" effect.
Now, I can say that the negative reviews full of lies are coming from other Diamond Companies that can not compete with PrimeStyle.com on the main issue is PRICE, diamond size, clarity of the diamond, color of the diamond, hand made entire ring which gives you the opportunity to choose yellow gold, white gold or rose gold in 14k or 18k. I just thank the other lovely reviews that swayed me to do business with Primestyle.com.

Clearly I did not receive what I paid for, which was the reason for the return. I purchased a loose diamond, ordered a VS1, but received a diamond with a very large, visible to the eye, tornado cloud in the pavilion of the diamond, which, according to their own standards, is not indicative of a VS1. When I requested the refund, I explained this to the customer service manager who agreed with me, and in fact, admitted they "may have sent me the wrong diamond! That said, I would have expected a full refund, especially since the return was due to a quality issue on the part of PrimeStyle, however, they charged a credit processing fee of 4% and refused to refund that portion. DO NOT make the same mistake I did, DO NOT purchase a diamond without a certificate from a reputable diamond grading company, such a GIA or AGS. It will cost a little more and it will be well worth it! We ended up with a gorgeous diamond from Whiteflash.com. Top notch operation from outstanding customer service to the verified quality of the diamond.

I am simply enamored by diamonds and each year I get one diamond out of my savings. To get the best value of my money I go around extensively to various outlets and shops and collect that item I find latest. But this year I changed my practice. Want to know how?

As I wanted the best value for money, a friend of mine suggested Primestyle.com to get attractive discounts. As soon as I entered the site I was taken aback; over seventy per cent discount on selective items was something unimaginable! I started checking the site. I found that the prices were differing at least by 20-30% per cent from a normal brick and mortar shop.

The discounts were so startling that I began to suspect their genuineness. But as I called up the customer care cell, Thomas cleared all my queries. They told me how they get wholesale diamonds for customers and let them have greater discounts. They even take great care regarding their security levels so that nobody could manage unauthorized access to our accounts. I was grossly satisfied, so much so that I shopped till I could spend no more!

There are no regrets for the investment done and since they provide all the authentication certificates I had nothing to question. I have also gone through their return policies; they appear to be particularly transparent and genuine also. Prime Style has shown me the easiest way to do shopping without spending much of my energy at the same time taking a survey of the entire market before investing.
Other aspect that needs applaud is their well-informed customer cell. Most often when we call customer care they will make you wait in long queues over the phone but not so with Prime Style. I was attended extremely promptly, and all my queries solved to the core. Definitely they are extremely professional in terms of quality, reliability and customer care services.

Good old American values is what you get at primestyle. Call me conservative if you will, but I thought the good old-fashioned "made in the USA," combined with a layaway program was a thing of the past. Not so – primestyle manufactures and ships from the United States [New York city] and allows you that "throwback," of a layaway program. I know, because I just bought my daughters a diamond pendant each and I used primestyle's layaway program to afford them. The way it works is this: you pay a 20% deposit, then make payments over the next few months until the full amount is paid, and your price is locked in when you make the deposit so there's no way they can increase the price as long as you pay the full amount within the time you agree to. Then when the full payment has been made, the jewelry is manufactured in their manufacturing facility [ it takes two or three days] and shipped to you overnight. Shipping is free if you live in the United States and I think they offer a 2 to 3 day shipping for international customers as well. So a few months before my daughters were coming to visit me in Florida where I have retired to, I placed an order with primestyle, made the 20% deposit is and then made two more payments as my pension is paid out monthly, and has two beautiful diamond pendants as gifts when they arrived. The pendants were exactly as I wanted, the prices were exceptionally low and I didn't have to use my credit cards or go into debt to buy them. My girls are both very happy with their gifts and I managed to buy American. Overall I had a very good experience especially when I think about the fact that this is how it used to be with all retailers, but for some reason we seem to have gone away from that sort of personal attention and nowadays everybody seems to be in a rush, but I liked the old-fashioned touch. Of course this means that you need to plan ahead instead of just whipping out a credit card at the last moment, but as I am retired, I have plenty of time on my hands in between fishing trips. This was the first time my daughters had come to visit since my wife passed away last year and the pendants really made it a special occasion. Hopefully we will be able to make it a regular visit from now on.

2 weeks ago I bought my twin girls matching heart pendants (*******). The pendants have a diamond heart set in a gold circle. I paid just over $400 each. Each one comes with a free matching gold chain that is 16 inches.

The positives first... the girls both love the necklaces and wear them every day. I'm satisfied with both the necklace and the pendant. I initially thought that maybe I should have gone with a slightly smaller pendant but they both like the size and have actually paired the pendant with another pendant they had that match as well. So they have two pendants hanging on the chain and it looks rather cute and stylish; they added their own little touch.

After I initially found this pendant on the Primestyle website I comparison shopped to see what else might be out there near me. I found a lot of heart pendants but I kept coming back to this one because I like the heart in the circle. For some reason it made me think of Carrie from Sex in the City and both of my girls (and me) are huge fans of that show, especially the clothes and jewellery.

The negatives... one of my daughters has a little bit of a problem getting her clasp closed. It seems a little bit stiff but it's not something that keeps her from wearing it. She just has to work a little harder to get it on and off, though honestly she doesn't take it off that often so I'm not sure it's really an issue.

Shipping was free which is definitely a positive. I think for high dollar items it should be. The necklaces were delivered overnight and from the time I ordered them to the time I signed for them it was 4 days. Primestyle let me know when the item was shipped and I was able to track it which was helpful since I wanted them to be a surprise and both of my daughters were home, back from college at the time.

I do like that the jewellery was made in America and that they don't use blood diamonds. It was a little strange buying jewellery online – it's the first time I've ever done that – but it was not traumatic and as easy as buying a DVD or book. I've not had to return anything though so I cannot remark on that aspect.

I recently purchased a present for my mother from primestyle, as a way of trying to repair our relationship as we fell out a few years ago and she is not getting any younger. So I decided it was finally time to bury the hatchet. In fact, I can't even remember why we fell out in the first place, suffice it to say my mother is not an easy woman to get along with so it could've been anything. Regardless I bought her a diamond Cross pendant, seeing as she is rather religious, and I thought this might be the best type of pendant to buy her. I was a little worried before I gave it to her because not only is my mother a difficult woman to get along with, she is also extremely difficult to please and I fully expected her to take one look at this cross, sigh dramatically, and put it back in the box. But – she loves it! Let me tell you, if my mother likes something, then it must be pretty good, so I can hand on heart say it passes one of the toughest tests known to man [or woman]. The one I ended up buying her was a religious diamond Christian cross pendant with just over half a carat of diamonds in 14 karat yellow gold. Firstly, it passed the quality test, and secondly the buying experience was very good, but to top things off, the price was extremely low for this type of jewelry. According to the seller the recommended retail price of this particular cross was 3 1/2 thousand dollars and I bought it for just over $700. Obviously the price is less important than the fact that my mother is pleased with it but it was nice to be able to save some money. On top of that and another plus as far as my mother is concerned, it was made in the USA. I'm not actually much of a nationalist myself, but my mother certainly is, and the fact that it is an American made Christian cross also added to her pleasure. So after three years of not speaking we are now on good terms and I'm hoping that this peace offering will keep us on good terms for a reasonable amount of time. Did I mention that my mother is a difficult one to get along with? Who knows how long the peace will last, but I seem to have got away from what I'd intended to do here which was recommend primestyle to those of you reading this review.

Not only was the customer service guy incredibly helpful, he pointed me at a pair that was on sale at 70% off the normal price. When I checked prices elsewhere, I discovered he was not just feeding me a line, but they were genuinely discounted that much. He explained that the reason for the discount was the fact that they actually manufacture the jewelry themselves right here in the United States, so you don't have to pay the retail markup that you would normally expect to pay from the jewelry store. I must admit I did not realize that the markups on diamond jewelry was so high, but it's not unusual for retailers to triple or sometimes quadruple the price they pay. Now after all I don't begrudge anybody making a profit, that would be un-American and I ain't no communist, but marking up a pair of earrings four times the price you pay for them is highway robbery. I reckon I am good to go for at least the next three birthdays and Christmases, because primestyle have a big range of jewelry to choose from. I started out with a pair of diamond stud earrings, I guess the next purchase will probably be a pendant, or maybe a bracelet, and then I still have other earrings, rings and different types of stones to choose from. The good thing is, my girlfriend's birthday falls almost exactly in the middle of the year so I can probably get away with buying diamond jewelry for the next few years. I guess at some point she'll get sick of getting diamond jewelry, but I'd be surprised if it happens that quickly. I mean – who would get upset at that? Either way, I am very glad I found these guys and will definitely be using them in the future. Now I can relax when Christmas and birthdays are coming up. I guess I could buy my mom some diamond jewelry as well from time to time.

I was hoping to get some excellent jewelry for my wife and daughter this year. It was our 15th anniversary, and our beloved daughter was turning ten in a couple of months. Moreover, my business boomed like anything in a short period, and I decided to give my family diamond jewelry this year. But I was not sure if I could get them superior quality jewelry at genuine prices. I was searching for the online reviews and found that Primestyle.com happened to be the best among all. It seemed that no site could provide such fabulous jewelry for such a reasonable price.

I was delighted to receive an eternity ring with rubies and diamond in princess cut, and also there was pendant that had princess cut diamond. The jewelry has been available for quite an affordable rate. The clarity and the cut were fantastic. I unquestionably liked the stylish look of jewelry and placed an order. The site said it delivered jewelry in 3 days usually. But, I received a call from David that the ring was held for inspection, and I was a bit upset. He clearly explained that though the jewelry is produced by Prime Style there are several stages of testing they need to undertake to ensure the quality. Somehow I was happy that I would get quality jewelry from Primestyle.com.

After another 2 days, I received a call from David saying that the ring was cleared for delivery. Subsequently, 2 days went by, and the ring was received in the perfect condition. It looked perfect, and the pendant, which had arrived earlier also, was fabulous. There were no faults with the jewelry. Great customer support, finest quality jewelry, fabulous designs are the extremely best things about Prime Style. I forgot to mention the prices, they are of course unbeatable. Thank you Prime Style for making my occasion so momentous!

Thrice I have bought jewelry from PrimeStyle; the first time I got from them is my engagement ring. I was rather in a hurry and placed an order. I kept my fingers crossed to get the chosen ring reach me on time. Thank heavens! I got them within the stipulated time.

The piece was perfectly the same they had the image posted in their site and it did fit my finger perfectly. Impressed by the quality I decided to get my wedding band too from PrimeStyle. I wanted it to be customized. I wanted my hubby's name to be engraved on it. I contacted the customer service, who readily and enthusiastically helped me with the procedure.

When I received the wedding band, I felt it did not go well with my engagement ring. I was little worried that I may not get a good response from the customer support as I am calling them twice over the same jewelry. Trust me they were so friendly! I got it redesigned for a small amount. I got the wedding bands back in shape I wanted it to be. All my friends keep telling how elegant the wedding band looks and how perfectly it goes with the engagement ring.

The third time I went to PrimeStyle for diamond earrings. I kept looking in all shops for beautiful diamond earrings that will do for all occasions. I did not have any luck and thought of coming again to PrimeStyle. Why didn't I go for it on firsthand, was what I thought after looking into their collection. Fabulous collection of earrings is what they have.

Already convinced with the quality of the diamonds I never bothered for anything else. PrimeStyle is all in one stop shop when it comes to diamond jewelry. You get excellent jewelry for unbelievable prices without having to compromise the quality.

Please don't judge me, but primestyle just saved me from complete disaster. I know you are going to judge me when I tell you this, but I am asking you not to. The fact is I am married with a girlfriend on the side. See? I knew you would not be able to judge me. What happened was this: I bought my girlfriend a diamond pendant, and stupidly left the receipt in my jacket pocket. When my wife took the suit to the dry cleaners and cleaned out the pockets she found the receipt. She didn't say anything but I'm sure this drew this conclusion myself when I realized she taken the suit to the dry cleaners. So, there I was in a position of needing to buy another diamond pendant to give to my wife so that she would not suspect anything. I was in a bit of a rush and on a business trip in Las Vegas, Nevada, so I decided to look on the Internet to see what I could find. Lo and behold I found this company called primestyle and they were selling almost exactly the pendant I had bought for my girlfriend, but for $3000 less!

I spoke to the customer service guy, explained the situation, and arranged with him to have the pendant delivered to m thane at my hotel room in Las Vegas. They made the pendant in two days and had it shipped to me on a one-day delivery system so I was able to return home with the pendant to give to my wife the following weekend as a "surprise present," as for looking after the kids what was away on a business trip. I know you're going to think very little of me for being such a loser, but I just don't want to give up either my girlfriend or my wife and kids. I know I have only myself to blame for any situation like this but I'm glad I found primestyle, and persuaded them to help me out to the mess I've gotten myself in.

They really are a great company to deal with. Their customer service is very good, the quality and prices are excellent, him and they ship very very quickly if you ask them to, although I think this standard US shipping is a one-day ship so maybe you don't need to ask for anything special. Despite my personal disasters being part of this particular review of your ignore that concentrate on the fact that this is a very good company to do business with. I certainly recommend them without reservation.

If you are not very knowledgeable about diamonds, or you are on a budget, or both, this is a fantastic company to deal with. I personally know absolutely nothing about diamonds, but I wanted to buy my two nieces a present for their confirmation. I know it is nontraditional to buy a cross pendant, but I felt those were more appropriate than some of the more traditional presents because they can wear them all the time. I ended up buying two Diamond Christian cross pendants with diamonds and yellow gold and both my two girls love them. I say "my" two girls but what I actually mean is my sister's two girls, although they have been like daughters to me since they were born and I am of course their godmother, so obviously it felt to me to buy the presents.

Prime style was very pleasant to deal with, and the dependence arrived within a couple of days of ordering, but the main thing is they were far less expensive [I mean 70% cheaper] than buying directly from one of the jewelers in my town, so for the first time in my life I ordered jewelry online instead of buying it from a retail outlet. I had a look at all the other products that they sell and as far as I can tell everything is sold at a substantial discount. As far as I understand it, and that is because they actually make the jewelry themselves so you cutout the middlemen by buying direct.

One of the other great things is that they are actually based in the United States and I much prefer to buy American if I possibly can. They offer free delivery also, which was another point in their favor. I don't usually like to buy things online just in case I need to return them, but having had such a great experience with these people I don't hesitate in recommending them to you. A lot of people seem to be a little nervous about buying things online, and I must admit I used to be, but this experience has persuaded me [at least when buying from prime style] that it is a safe thing to do.

One of the things that persuaded me was the fact that they have so many positive Google reviews. Needless to say I made sure that their reviews were good before I placed an order.

I was amazed to see how beautiful, clarity with fire, hand made ring that fit my finger perfectly. The diamonds are very white and clear with sparkle when the sun is out and the clouds. I had my Jeweler check my Halo Oval ring and he was very impress with the color of stones, the hand made quality and told me it was a Tiffany ring style which is made upwards towards the setting which will give me sparkle in the natural sun light and he said the center stone is made higher than the Halo ring of diamonds which gives more clarity and the Jeweler never seen that design before because the majority of the Halo rings are on the same plane as the center stone. Also, the Jeweler had a. 25 center Halo Oval ring for $2850 and he stated that my ring have better quality stones than the $2850. The center stone is a VSI with one inclusion that can be seen under a microscope and the stones are F-G quality, which is better than a J quality which was stated. I received a lot of compliments on my ring and ask what kind of ring it is. I have small fingers and the. 65 carat Halo Oval Ring fit my finger perfectly and the ring seems larger, because it covers my ring finger( below the knuckle) entirely. I really like the PrimeStyle concept too increase my center stone in the future and pay the difference. I just can not believe how an internet site jewelry company can offer inexpensive prices, hand made rings and I can decide on the gold color(yellow, white, plantinum), gold karat (14k or 18k) very very good quality of diamonds. PrimeStyle will be the place for my future jewelry purchases.

I bought my wife's engagement ring from Primestyle six months ago. As I knew absolutely ZERO about jewelry and even less about what women want, the staff at Primestyle really came through with information for me. The guides on their site about diamonds were a good first step for me but I still had a lot of questions. Was clarity more important than color? Do women really just want a honking huge diamond and don't care as much about the clarity? My wife has to wear gloves all day at work and doesn't like rings that stick out because the gloves get caught on them. I had to find a ring that didn't have a high setting or a setting that has pointy prong things. But at the same time she pays attention to the shininess of other womens rings so that was a factor. Seriously, I struggled to decide what was most important. But I feel like I got pretty solid advice and direction from this company. They didn't automatically try to up sell me to some stupidly expensive ring that I can't really afford. I did talk to my girlfriend's friends too and found out more about what she wanted (apparently women talk about this stuff) so that was also a good move on my part because what I was going to buy first was definitely not what I ended up getting.

Because I kind of had to make a decision quickly about the ring I found the money back warranty helpful in smoothing out any buyers remorse just in case it wasn't in person what it looked like on the website. The ring was fine though and about 2 days after I got it I proposed to her.

One note on their website, there's a section in there about measuring your woman's finger without her realizing it. It makes no sense so don't expect much there. Something about using a string, but how do you get it on her finger without her knowing?! Luckily her sister knows she wears the same size ring and was able to tell me to order a 4.5.

If I had it do do over again, maybe I would have gone with a slightly bigger diamond but for the most part I think I would have not done anything different because my wife was happy with the ring and hasn't taken it off. Though she is pregnant so maybe she can't? :)
