I sent it back. After 2 days, Michael called me and said that the jewelry had a missing stone because of not my mistake. I was overjoyed as he said the company would amend it and send back to me. I was a bit skeptical reading good and bad, but mostly good reviews about this company Primestyle.com so I wasn't sure if I wanted to take the chance and deal with the run around if I didn't get my item exactly how it should be. When I spoke to customer service, they explained the process and that it takes longer than some people think. Although overnight shipping is offered, the item still takes a few days to be made as they are a factory. I figured, a few days to have a ring that was made for me (in my size) is not a lot of time to wait. My beautiful ring, item ******* was perfect. And I received it in the five business days as promised. It fit perfectly and the diamonds have a beautiful sparkle to them. I took it to a local jeweler and when I told him what I paid for it, he was astonished. I was very surprised as the things that I had read were not true in my case. The whole process was easy and simple. I'm sure anxious brides that don't have patience would think 5 days is a long time, but it really wasn't. Id rather wait 5 days, and have a perfect ring and save a a lot of money than having an item rushed to me and I have to return it, or I don't love it. So I am extremely happy with my ring and can't wait to buy again in the future. I do have my eye on a three stone ring for my right hand. Thank you sooooo much Primestyle.com.

Reading through the 5 star reviews on this site I note that they are all written in similar style and all by brand new reviewers. I think they must have someone employed full time to write these reviews. BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THEM READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! I believe these are the only real ones. Just think how many reviews you could write in 40 hours a week. Especially if you just copy and paste the good reviews from other (actually decent) sites and change the name.

I've seen negative comments be removed from their facebook page also - they only leave the positive comments.

They are scammers and cheats.

We bought a ring that was advertised as one thing but we received quite a different thing. We had the ring valued and it was WAY below the quality they advertised. We returned the ring in the time allowed and have been fighting to get our money back ever since. We bought a color G diamond but the diamond that arrived in the ring was pale yellow and just AWFUL. We were told the color was actually L! L! And was S1, not VS1 as advertised. Such a low quality diamond most places will NOT stock them. It was heart breaking.

They are criminals and you should heed this warning and the other negative reviews before even considering buying from them. If you DO buy from them, make sure you get written confirmation BEFORE giving them your money that you will be able to get it back if they provide you with something of lower quality than your paid for.

Primestyle.com, what a scam. Folks if you do anything today, please listen to me. I'm happy to validate my comments, just email me at *******@gmail.com. Bought 3 stone diamond ring 1.25ct.,. 5 center vs1-2. Got ring. Appraised immediately,. 93ct. And vs-2 at best. This is nearly 40% short and not to mention quality. Called this David who's rude. Stated who ever did my appraisal didn't know what they were talking about. Well the appraiser I used is GIA Certified and from what I can see, Primestyles.com is not. Ring sent back, reported to NY Attorney Generals Office. Would recommend any one who's done business with Primestyle.com to have their jewelry appraised immediately. If you don't have what was advertised "which you probably don't from my experience" report them to the NY Attorney Generals Office. The more reports they get, the better chance we all have on stopping these scam artists. Not to mention the possibility of a class action lawsuit against Primestyle.com, which I'd be all for. I despise being lied to and refuse to play any role of a victim. Again email me if you have questions. What we ended up buying was just under a carat diamond Princess Wedding set in white gold which we paid under $2000 for. When you consider the recommended retail price was nearly $10,000, that's a saving of almost $8000, which went a long way towards paying for a honeymoon trip. It may sound shallow to think of it like that, but the last thing we wanted to do was start out our married life in financial difficulties. My wife is an orphan so there was no way her family was going to be up to pay for anything, so we needed to find the finances ourselves. You may not notice in your line of work, but money is tight at the moment so saving $8000 was a major coup.

The buying experience was very nice, and they have a very clean ordering system which is clear is exactly what you getting and when you'd likely to get it. We measured our ring sizes, placed the order on a Monday and were pleasantly surprised to get the rings delivered the following Thursday. I imagine this is something that they would usually hold in stock and I know some of the more esoteric arrangements and designs may have to be made to order, but ours was in stock and delivered ASAP.

I think the best thing about buying from an online retailer like this is the fact that you have so much choice, and I know that prime style make the jewelry themselves which is why they can sell it so cheaply compared to other people. We had foregone buying an engagement ring because we'd intended to buy a wedding set with diamonds and this was by far and away the best deal we saw for this type of ring with this quality of diamond. We just got back from a honeymoon in Hawaii and are looking forward to starting the rest of our lives together.

Telephone order placed but what a nightmare?! This merchant totally ignored all e-mails sent to them and only notified me about delays in processing completion and shipping when I called to check the order status?! This merchant apparently does not understand ENGLISH nor do they care about Customer Service or Customer Satisfaction?! This transaction was DISPUTED when I was sent tracking information with bracelet closure instructions that were too difficult to operate or understand?! I REFUSED shipment delivery and had FEDERAL EXPRESS RETURN TO SHIPPER ASAP for which this merchant had been PAID IN FULL and also had the merchandise several days before they ever attempted a FULL REFUND of any kind?! Thank goodness for Pay Pal Credit as they HELPED a bad situation from getting worse as I was assured a FULL REFUND even if the merchant refused to comply?! Pay Pal Credit is a SAFE for the Customer so to speak as they HELP when we Consumers run across merchants who think they can get by with anything they want and have no regard for the Customer/Consumer?!
