Bought my wife a new wedding set. Wedding ring poorly made. Not solid gold on finger side, diamond were protruding out the bottom, engagement ring had Re sized and they sent it back with the resized area not solid gold just a piece.
This took over 2 months to get done

Their customer service was really excellent. They were in touch with us throughout the whole process of making my bridal set sending 3D photos. I will definitely be purchasing from this agency in the future.

It does take about 3 weeks to receive an order but it was completely worth the wait! My ring arrived with all the required documentation and certification. It was in a beautiful box with a light for display and the ring itself is phenomenal! I went with the higher grade diamonds and my ring sparkles and shines amazingly! The pictures can't even do it justice. It's gorgeous. I absolutely love it. I will purchase from PrimeStyle again.

My husband bought me a new engagement in lieu of the one I lost a year after our wedding. I chose a beautiful. 45 carat princess cut solitaire diamond mounted on a 14 k white gold. The ordering online was fast and easy and there was a small glitch though when we successfully ordered online we never saw any notification if the item we ordered was already shipped because Primestyle was transitioning into their new website And there was no way to track it in the website. Anyway the ring arrived and it was beautiful and exquisite as expected. I was very happy with my new ring. Thank you Primestyle!

My fiancé was reluctant to make such a big important purchase online as we were nervous about scams etc. He got in touch with primestyle via telephone and purchased a ring that I had previously told him I really liked. The ring was received within a couple of days and was absolutely gorgeous. We took the ring for an appraisal and it was appraised at more than double of what was paid for it on primestyle. The diamond was bigger than I expected and the clarity was amazing. We will not purchase jewellery from anywhere else.

Called, spoke the owner. He was knowledgable and very much wanted to help me purchase the wedding set I chose. I was treated wonderfully and I intend to do all my jewelry purchasing thru Primestyle as they are always happy to help you sort out and get what you want, not what they just want to sell. The ring that I ordered was for my lovely wife to celebrate 10 years of marriage and Jane loves it! There were plenty of choices to find just the right one for her, so I recommend PrimeStyle company for everyone looking for wedding rings!

Purchased an eternity ring as a surprise for my wife. Though the ring was beautiful, it didn't match well with her engagement ring and wedding band (difficult to do when it's a surprise). I contacted customer service and no questions asked they were willing to modify or replace with a different style to better match her existing rings. Communication was great, no pressure experience and even was provided a 1 week extension on the return policy just based on the timing of having a new ring made and shipped to then decide if we were keeping the first and making modifications to the setting or keeping the second. Would definitely recommend. As a side note, we walked into a local jewelry store just to take a look at various settings and after looking over my wife's ring from PrimeStyle, they pulled out comparable options that were 6 times what I paid. Any uncertainty I had about cost and quality was gone. This won't be my last purchase.

Great service, low prices, sloppy delivery system. I guess you can't make too many complaints about the poor ordering system when the prices are this low. I don't know what happened to my order exactly but it was almost a week late. Fortunately I had ordered plenty of time, and I suggest that if you use these guys you do the same if my delivery experience is anything to go by. Having said that when I found him with a problem they take care of the matter straightaway, and when the ring arrived, the quality and price was perfect so – you can't have everything I suppose. I still recommend them, just make sure you order in plenty of time.

My partner purchased a ring from primestyle just last week.
I am so proud of the decision he made. The rings gorgeous with only 2 small faults. He said that the service was very good however the shipping was quite delayed.
He had wanted to propose to me on my birthday but instead of taking 5 days it took more like 10 :( im happy either way but he's a little disappointed.

I LOVE THE RING

My husband bought me an anniversary ring in 2016 it was platinum. The band bent and I sent it back twice. The third time it happened I had it reset into 14k white gold in 2017. In 2019 a diamond fell out I sent it in and paid to have it repaired in 2020 a diamond fell out on the Sam side I sent it in and paid for the repair in December of 2021 the same diamond fell out I sent it in again and paid for the repair I wore it twice and it fell out again this time I sent it in and wasn't charged for the repair they have not put the correct size diamond in so there is a gap between the diamond and the center diamond. I spoke to David and he assures me it was inspected and reinforced but I am afraid to wear it because I am afraid the diamond will fall out again so I have a ring I am afraid to wear.

Hello, purchased a beautiful ring but within days I lost 2 little diamonds. Customer service was great and they fixed it. Now within days I lost another one. Now all I think of is how embarrassing it would be to send it back and hope for the money back and buy one somewhere else after everybody has seen my engagement ring and will ask why I exchanged it for another one... because we tried to go cheap and paid the price for it now! Its an embarrassment. Not sure what to do yet. Going to contact Primestyle right away. Would never buy there again.

I bought a matching wedding set from Primestyle for my wedding as the rings looked really great online. When we finally received the wedding set, we were shocked that we received a completely different design, and we were quick to call them up. They admitted their mistake and replaced the product within 5 working days. Luckily, we still had good amount of time for the event and they were also quick on fixing the mistake. So the next set of rings was perfect and exactly how we wanted. Overall, it was an above-average experience and I would be happy to shop from them again. Thanks Primestyle for prompt.
