Let me say up front... I was VERY skeptical about buying my fiance's wedding ring from Primestyle. Just perfect, everything I was expecting and more! I used to be in the diamond business myself and when I saw these prices I just could not believe it. I had to buy something, I first purchased a pair of earrings? To test the authenticity. Once received I immediately had it appraised and was proven wrong. With one of my orders there was a slight delay with shipping, but none the less the items were spectacular. Once I realized primestyle are able to customize everything from picture I have sent them the specs and images and it come out cheaper by around $2500 I decided to place the order and I got my pendant two weeks ago and is absolutely beautiful!

I bought a matching wedding set from Primestyle for my wedding as the rings looked really great online. When we finally received the wedding set, we were shocked that we received a completely different design, and we were quick to call them up. They admitted their mistake and replaced the product within 5 working days. Luckily, we still had good amount of time for the event and they were also quick on fixing the mistake. So the next set of rings was perfect and exactly how we wanted. Overall, it was an above-average experience and I would be happy to shop from them again. Thanks Primestyle for prompt.
