I am an idiot when it comes to buying presents for my wife, but since I found primestyle, it is as though I have become a master. I just contact their live help system and ask them what I should buy. They are extremely helpful, know their product range inside out and so far – touch wood – everything they have recommended has pleased my wife. I know eventually I will run out of products to buy from them, but until that time comes, I will be contacting them a few weeks before her birthday on a regular basis. Great company to deal with.

If you're not a heavy buyer and don't like to spend a lot of money on jewelry but are particular about the quality, then primestyle is for you. However if you have big budgets with thousands of dollars in your pocket then I recommend other places to you. This website is mainly for those who want to spend anywhere between $1000 and $3000 though they do have products that cost much higher. I purchased 3 diamonds of different cuts (emerald cut, round cut and heart cut), one cross pendant and one tennis bracelet from them in the past 2 years and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. This is how I would rate them.

So once I decided to ask the bird to marry me if, I was a bit shocked to discover just how expensive diamond engagement rings are. All my mates had warned me but I didn't really take any notice until I went down the shops found out for myself. Cor blimey these things are expensive. Then one of my mates who was just got married pointed me at a company called primestyle. I paid them a visit, discovered that they were way less expensive than buying it from the shops and on top of that shipped to England in less than a week. So, I stuck around, measured the bird's other rings that she wears on her right hand, ordered up the engagement ring and had it in five days. Cracking good service – and the ring fits, and we're getting married next spring. I know where I'll be buying the wedding rings.

All right, the quality of the products these guys provide may not be up to the standard of Tiffany's, but given the fact that you're saving a small fortune on everything you buy from them, I would find it hard to criticize them. Their customer service is second to none, the discounts they offer are insane, and when you talk to them, they are probably most helpful sales team have ever spoken to. There are not many online jewelry sellers that offer this level of service at the price. Definitely recommend them and vote them five stars.

A great big thank you goes out to prime style because they really managed to get me out of trouble when I forgot my girlfriends birthday recently. I spoke to the online help desk – on a Sunday no less – found something pretty that she would like and had it delivered within two days. Unfortunately, I was working out in the sticks and had no chance to go buy something but primestyle came to the rescue. I’m not going to fool you that these are the absolute best diamonds on the planet, but the quality and value for money are exceptional. Plus they can get you out of trouble.

I have to give primestyle a 9 out of 10, but only because the delivery was delayed by a couple of days. Otherwise I would've given them the full 10. Having said that, everything else about my experience was perfect – as far as buying anything online can be called "perfect." Certainly the quality of the diamond was as described, the customer service is extremely good, and the amount of information on the site was also very good. Especially for first-time diamond buyer like myself. Apart from the delivery delay I can say this is a company that is definitely worth using.

I gotta say, I am no expert, so bear that in mind. But I am extremely happy with the pendant and earrings I bought for my girlfriend from primestyle. She is also very happy combat also impressed with the fact that I managed to find something without her telling me what she wanted that she actually likes. Hand on heart function for that down to the customer service person on their very useful help desk. I ended up buying a pair of stud diamond earrings and matching solitaire pendant which saved me around $1500, so I'm very satisfied all round.

Primestyle, I must admit, you have the most competitive prices on all the websites that checked before I chose to buy from you. I had a limited budget for gifting my wife on our wedding anniversary and with your assistance we had a fabulous anniversary. She was totally surprised by the anniversary ring and even more surprised when I told her the price.

Having said that, these people mostly have good designs though I think their inventory could be a bit bigger but what they delivered to me was upto the mark and I am very happy to buy from them. Buying diamond jewelry never seemed such an easy task to me. My friend told me about PrimeStyle, and I ordered a round cut eternity band of 1.80 CT from them. They have put it under the clearance sale item, and I never imagined getting such a spectacular piece in just 920$. The ring came to me within 4 days of ordering, and it looked so dazzling that I could not resist wearing it right away. I like to gift my wife and my daughter jewelry every now and then. Primestyle has been my jewelry partner for nearly 6 years since they didn't even have their website properly set up. Since my budget is always between $500 and $800, I make sure that I don't go to any other online jewelry store other than these guys because their offers are great and when you look at the jewelry, you don't feel it is of $500 or $800. It looks way more than its price.

I have to say a great big thank you to primestyle. My future husband [now husband] was dead set against matching wedding bands, and I think his argument was he didn't want to "waste," money on a ring for himself. That is until we found primestyle's Wedding Sets. Once he discovered we didn't need to spend many thousands of dollars on matching wedding rings, he was far more inclined for
Us to buy a set. I'm not sure exactly how much money we saved, but it was somewhere in the region of $5000, which we ended up spending on the fantastic honeymoon trip to Hawaii. Love the rings and love the wonderful customer service. I – and my husband – cannot recommend them enough.

I ordered a pair of diamond stud earrings, a tennis bracelet and a pendant from Primestyle. Everything was shipped together, I got them all in 6 days and I'm pleased with the quality. My house was burgled about 5 months ago and these were all bought to replace some of what was stolen. I am getting them assessed for insurance purposes this week but would say they're all of about the same quality as indicated in the website. Will know for sure when I get the valuation.

I usually hate buying jewelry, because I really don't know anything about diamonds and am always worried I'm going to buy the wrong thing. But I may have to change my mind now that I have found prime style. I wasted at least 40 minutes of their customer service reps time, but at the end of the call I have found exactly what I wanted to place an order and two days later it arrived. It's really good to find a US-based company that actually follows through on the customer service. I guess it's the financial crisis or something but everybody seems to be cutting back in the first thing that goes seems to be the customer service department. Not the case with prime style, and I have nothing but good things to say about them.

I just wanted to say great big thank you to primestyle, because for the first time in our married life, my husband managed to find a surprise present that hit the spot. He found me a lovely pair of diamond earrings, and managed to do the whole thing without any instructions from me. And let me tell you – that makes a very nice change! Usually I have to leave hints, subtle and not-so-subtle, lying around the house but this time he managed all on his own. With a little help from primestyle that is. All I can say is, the quality of the earrings is exceptional, and they must have a really good customer service department to have been able to sort my husband out.
