My wedding was coming up and I wanted to surprise my fiancé with a three stone pendant that she can wear the day of the wedding. She said she was having trouble finding a necklace that looked good with her dress and I think that I stumbled on to the perfect one. I ordered it just a little larger than I was actually going to but I’m glad I did. The diamonds were the perfect size and it looked absolutely gorgeous on her with her dress. We are very grateful for everything.

And I am so happy that I kinda guided my boyfriend in the direction of primestyle. It saved him money and I got the ring of my dreams. After he got the ring he got it checked out and he could not believe that it is at lease (the diamands alone) worth 7 times more than what he paid for:-) It is a little yellow but that is the quality we/I picked.

Ordered - - tourmaline eternity band 1.5 carets. The ring I bought was a one of a kind one. It is really gorgeous with the difference between the turmaline and white gold band. So pretty. It was 590 dollars and I paid with visa. No probs with the ordering or delivery except that my card was rejected the first time and I had to call my bank to get them to ok a big purchase after that was fine. The ring came from fedex. I don't have any complaints.

The live chat feature on the Prime Style site was a good sales tool at least for me because I have never bought jewelery online and had a lot of questions. I was splurging on a right hand ring for myself and found the carat thing kind of confusing when it came to smaller diamonds. I got a round cut diamond and saffire band that is technically a wedding band but I like it on my left hand. I ordered it on a Thursday and got it a week later. Had no problems with any of the process on their website.

Bought an engagement ring from Primestyle. It's a three diamond ring in 18k white gold and with Emerald cut diamonds. I used the layaway at Primestyle which worked out good for me. 20% down and then I paid in 3 more payments. Was supposed to be 2 more payments but I wasn't going to be able to do that for various financial reasons. They were cool about me stretching the payments out a little and I do thank them for that. My fiancee was really happy with the ring.

My fiancé and I are very outside of the box so he allowed me to find my perfect ring, as long as he planned the perfect proposal. I looked for months to pick the right company and ring and came across Primestyle. I fell in love with the products, the real customer reviews, and their better business Bureau rating. We agreed on the. 90cttw,. 55ct emerald cut double banded engagement ring. It is flawless and I get compliments everyday on how beautiful it is. We named her "Beauty"! Best choice yet!

There were issues with my order from the start, no one's fault really. A "compromised" credit card caused problems. I spoke wth Jenny approximately 6-8 times in 3 days to get it taken care of and she was amazing, knowledgeable, caring and very efficient in helping me get it straightened out. My wonderful, now husband, decided to order my wedding ring 8 days before the wedding, so time was an issue. She was phenomenal and I had the ring 2 days before the wedding. And the ring... well, WAY beyond our expectations, beautiful and perfect! Thanks SO MUCH! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRIME STYLE!

Two separate jewelers could not verify that two of the five stones were not Moisanite. Both snickered at the $18k "appraisal" that Prime sent with the ring. As they were unable to verify the stones due to multiple refractions which natural diamonds do not have, appraisal was impossible. I lost over $200 on verification and required insurance just to return. Prime then kept my money for three weeks. Visa stepped in and was able to have my account refunded.
I would NOT recommend this company to anyone... not even enemies.

I ordered an engagement ring for my girlfriend from primestyle. I went with a. 8 ct center diamond, 2 blue sapphires on the sides and then several smaller diamonds down the band.

This was ordered in an I/J color. When the ring came it had a very noticeable yellow tint. I know nothing about rings so the yellow color wasn't given a second thought until my fiancé mentioned it. I had 2 seperate jewelers/gemologists look at it and say the color was closer to an M, maybe lower.

Primestyle had nothing but excuses when questioned about this issue. We actually ordered another ring in G/H color that was found to be a borderline J color, possible K. Neither ring was appraised for anywhere near where primestyle said they were worth.

When I called and said I wanted to return the 2nd ring, I was told I could return it for in-store credit in the amount I paid for the ring. This company is very dishonest and I'll never purchase anything from them again.

I had searched for a good quality engagement ring at a myriad of other jewelers at the price I was comfortable with paying. All of the jewelers I went to presented rings that were "plain Jane" rings and weren't rings that popped. My coworker showed me this site and I had reservations with spending a lot of money on an online site, but their customer service and response time was very reassuring and they are with you with any and all the questions you have. I will admit it did not come as soon as I hoped and if you are on a timeline for proposing or giving a gift you will have to wait, but other than that I have no complaints and will be buying from them again.

Fan – bloody – tastic customer service as far as I'm concerned, and considering they shipped from the USA to Australia it arrived extremely quickly. I guess it's a sales taxes in Oz, combined with the fact that these guys will actually make the jewelry themselves, but I swear I paid less than half what I would have paid if I had ordered it from an Australian seller. Credit where credit is due is my motto, and this is a bonzer company to deal with.

Some occasions in life demand for more attention than others, especially when you forget your first wedding anniversary! Jokes apart just like many other forgetful husbands I forgot my anniversary. When I arrived home on the fateful evening, I was greeted by a huge group of relatives and my wife has invited them for a surprise party. I was left dumbfounded because I had planned nothing for the evening! I felt rather guilty.
At this point, my mother told me of the site Prime Style and asked me to make a purchase if I haven't done as yet. I logged on and from their collection of diamond pendants chose one following the Victorian style, and all this took few minutes only as David from the customer support explained me about the whole process. I could not present her pendant that day, but I informed her that I had placed an order which is scheduled to come soon. At least my day was saved from my wives disappointment!
That following week, my gift arrived and even though it was chosen in haste I am still proud of it. She was overjoyed seeing the item and so was I when I noticed her expression. Just remember that there could be no better gift than diamond jewelry from Prime Style and if you are among us who have made a blunder forgetting an important occasion get a diamond for your beloved wife immediately!

Just wanted to say a thank you to PrimeStyle and their lovely staff for helping to make my experience with them such a great one. I was not too sure about how safe it would be to buy fine jewelry online, sight unseen as it were, but my wide had mentioned seeing a pendant on the site that she really liked, a bit of a hint for our fifth wedding anniversary.
The first thing that surprised me was the price, which was certainly very reasonable and then the second thing was the customer service. I contacted the CS by telephone because I had a question about white gold versus yellow gold. I knew they both looked different but I wanted to know if one was 'better' than the other although they were both the same price. The person who helped me, David, was a pleasant young man who took a full fifteen minutes to answer my question and then explain how white gold is created as well as the diamond quality. Very few people would have the patience to do that anymore so I was very grateful.
When the pendant arrived it was, I think, even nicer than it looked in the photos. I was also able to impress my wife, after I gave it to her, with my newfound knowledge of the gift. Thanks David!

I bought my niece a. 5 carat 18k gold and diamond ring for her 18th birthday. I feel it is not too flashy or inappropriete for a young woman and she loves it and wears it all the time. For her quincinera I had bought her a necklace but she doesn't wear it very often so this is better I think. This is my first time using Prime Style. I would buy from them again probably for something small again. I am a little nervous buying really expensive stuff online but I know a lot of people do it so maybe it's secure... my uncle bought a flat screen that way and it was fine AND delivered to his door. Prime Style was a good experience.
