It was explained to me that they generally allow 3 business days to make a ring. I received a phone call on the 3rd day and was told that my item didn't pass inspection on time; this was at first disappointing but later turned out for the better. David had explained to me that each ring goes through several layers of inspection before leaving the factory for shipping, and Prime style prides itself it their superb quality and will not ship anything without it meeting their standards. They are a factory and manufacturer thousands upon thousands of items; it was reassuring to know they are on top of each individual order. He was sincerely apologetic but I thought this was impressive as I would have been pissed if the ring didn't come perfect!
