I just wanted to say great big thank you to primestyle, because for the first time in our married life, my husband managed to find a surprise present that hit the spot. He found me a lovely pair of diamond earrings, and managed to do the whole thing without any instructions from me. And let me tell you – that makes a very nice change! Usually I have to leave hints, subtle and not-so-subtle, lying around the house but this time he managed all on his own. With a little help from primestyle that is. All I can say is, the quality of the earrings is exceptional, and they must have a really good customer service department to have been able to sort my husband out.

My sister and brother bought me a pair of diamond earrings (the slightly dangly ones) from Primestyle for my birthday. I have a terrible nickel allergy so am SO sensitive to cheap earrings. My sister told the people at Primestyle this and they said that would definitely not be a problem with their earrings. These earrings have not irritated my ears at all and the diamonds have a good sparkle and clarity to them. I can’t comment on the ordering aspect of the purchase because I didn’t actually do it, but as far as the product goes, I’m satisfied and would recommend them.

I have only bought a few books on the internet so am very new to buying things online. I purchased a mens ring for my boyfriend’s birthday last month. We have been together for a long time and it can be quite difficult to buy for him. This is the first piece of jewellery I have given him (other than a watch about 10 years ago). It took about two weeks to receive the ring which, with the regional weather dramas we’ve had, I’m surprised about considering the ring was custom made. He seems extremely happy with the ring. The live chat feature on the Prime Style site was a good sales tool at least for me because I have never bought jewelery online and had a lot of questions. I was splurging on a right hand ring for myself and found the carat thing kind of confusing when it came to smaller diamonds. I got a round cut diamond and saffire band that is technically a wedding band but I like it on my left hand. I ordered it on a Thursday and got it a week later. Had no problems with any of the process on their website.

Teenage daughter wanted diamond earrings for Christmas. A friend at work suggested primestyle so I thought i'd try them for a small purchase like this. Spent just over 100 bucks and got some nice earrings that wouldve been about 175 at the mall (I checked zales and another place). I had also checked walmart but the quality there didn't seem all that great. Also, the backs of the earrings didn't seem to fit right on the walmart ones. There was no way I was going to spend 175 on earrings for a 16 year old who has already lost her phone twice in the last year. Delivery was quick, totally stressless. Would recommend.

If you're on a budget, primestyle is a lifesaver. Seriously, I saved at least 70% off the retail price of a pair of diamond earrings recently, and you would be hard pushed to be able to say that the quality wasn't as good as the more expensive earrings. And, considering the fact that it's not only were the earrings considerably less expensive, they also offer helpful advice choosing diamonds and extremely quick ordering system where they get the jewelry out to you almost immediately. One of the most interesting things that they do is accept PayPal, and if you've ever used PayPal to pay for anything you will know that their ability to clawback money if you're unhappy is second to none. That alone makes this website worth trusting. Because if you pay for it with PayPal and you are not completely satisfied you can complain to PayPal and get an almost immediate refund. Nobody who was not offering a quality product would dare to use PayPal as a payment processor.

Primestyle offers what must be the best priced jewelry on the Internet. I just ordered three items from them and saved about 60% off retail. This was after checking a dozen other sites and comparing them for prices on similar items and quality so I know what I'm talking about. Combine great prices with good customer service and you have a winning formula – next time I need any diamond jewelry I know where I will be buying it from. Right here. A great big thank you goes out to the customer service department, because if I hadn't found you, I would've never been able to afford what I just bought. 10/10.

Not sure I can give primestyle a five-star review, because I think the quality of the diamond I ordered is slightly below what I thought I'd purchased. Having said that the overall experience was very good, and I would recommend them with the proviso that you make sure you do your research before hand, because diamond quality is such a difficult concept to get a grip on. I think the customer service and general price discount was good enough to outweigh the slight drop in quality of the diamond, so I can still give them a good review. Just not the Max. Four stars is the best I can go for.

I surprised myself recently, by using an online jewelry supplier. One of my friends had told me about the great experience they had there so I decided to give it a try for myself, and boy was I glad that I did. I've been looking for a new pair of earrings for my wife and was on a bit of a tight budget. Then my friend recommended primestyle is a great place to try for discount diamond jewelry. I found exactly what I was looking for, and ended up paying about 60% less than I would've paid if I bought the same earrings through the high street. Even the bigger chains can't come anywhere near the prices that primestyle charges. Considering the massive discounts they offer, somehow they managed to offer a decent customer service as well. Beats me how they do that but I'm glad they do.

Guess this is a kind of "pay it forward," deal. I am not the type to crow about something, but I guess it's okay to crow about somebody else. I recently had need to find a 10 year anniversary gift for my wife and was stumped. I'm thinking she's got just about everything a woman could need, because we both like to live as simple as possible. Then I found this here website called prime style and saw a diamond bracelet that I knew my wife would take to. Turns out I was right, and she is happy as a clam at high tide. I have to give primestyle a 9 out of 10, but only because the delivery was delayed by a couple of days. Otherwise I would've given them the full 10. Having said that, everything else about my experience was perfect – as far as buying anything online can be called "perfect." Certainly the quality of the diamond was as described, the customer service is extremely good, and the amount of information on the site was also very good. Especially for first-time diamond buyer like myself. Apart from the delivery delay I can say this is a company that is definitely worth using.

I am an idiot when it comes to buying presents for my wife, but since I found primestyle, it is as though I have become a master. I just contact their live help system and ask them what I should buy. They are extremely helpful, know their product range inside out and so far – touch wood – everything they have recommended has pleased my wife. I know eventually I will run out of products to buy from them, but until that time comes, I will be contacting them a few weeks before her birthday on a regular basis. Great company to deal with.

Hello, purchased a beautiful ring but within days I lost 2 little diamonds. Customer service was great and they fixed it. Now within days I lost another one. Now all I think of is how embarrassing it would be to send it back and hope for the money back and buy one somewhere else after everybody has seen my engagement ring and will ask why I exchanged it for another one... because we tried to go cheap and paid the price for it now! Its an embarrassment. Not sure what to do yet. Going to contact Primestyle right away. Would never buy there again.

I have to say a great big thank you to primestyle. My future husband [now husband] was dead set against matching wedding bands, and I think his argument was he didn't want to "waste," money on a ring for himself. That is until we found primestyle's Wedding Sets. Once he discovered we didn't need to spend many thousands of dollars on matching wedding rings, he was far more inclined for
Us to buy a set. I'm not sure exactly how much money we saved, but it was somewhere in the region of $5000, which we ended up spending on the fantastic honeymoon trip to Hawaii. Love the rings and love the wonderful customer service. I – and my husband – cannot recommend them enough.

I know they say that you are supposed to spend 25% of your yearly salary on an engagement ring, but things a been a little difficult lately and although I wanted to buy my girlfriend [now fiancée] a diamond engagement ring and surprise her, I was a little surprised at how little ring you could get for the budget I had set aside [around 10% of my salary]. Cracking good value for money and is one of the most enjoyable purchasing experiences I’ve ever undergone. I must admit I am one of the few people who hates shopping [that’s sarcasm for those of you paying attention] and the very thought of traipsing round a shopping centre to find a pair of earrings for my mother’s birthday was giving me heart palpitations. But, then I found Primestyle, and discovered that I’m never going to have to go to a shopping mall again in order to buy jewelry. I waited 7 years for us to be able to afford a tennis bracelet (I had been dreaming of one since I was little) and I finally got one this year for Christmas. The selection at Primestyle was really good; I wanted something classic but also kind of modern. Of course I wanted the 11.5 carat one! But I got a yellow gold 1.5 carat one that is gorgeous on. It's better in person than in the pictures on the site and I'm really pleased with the weight of it... it feels really nice on my wrist. Maybe for our 20th anniversary I'll upgrade to a nicer one but for now I love this one. Am really pleased that it arrived on time (I know my husband waited until the last minute) and was what we ordered. No bad surpirses.

Just purchased a set of diamond earrings for the Mrs. And I have to say, this is probably the easiest online transaction I've ever made. I wasn't absolutely certain what I was looking for so I contacted the online help desk and spoke to a chap called David, who was extremely helpful. Man oh man, I really love this company. I have a wife, two sisters six nieces and two girls of my own, and they all love diamond jewelry. I must have ordered 30 or 40 various pieces of jewelry from this company, and with one exception [I think thier ordering department was having a bad day] I've always been more than satisfied, both for the quality of the product, and the way I was dealt with. Now, it might be that that's just because I'm a regular customer and I am always ordering new bits and pieces, but I don't think so, because I have a couple friends who will buy from them and I've never heard them say anything other than good things about primestyle. No doubt there are always people nitpick, but I've always been very happy with all my interactions with them.
