DONT DO IT... This store sounded really good to me as a lot of my favourite youtubers purchased from here so I bought 7 basic tops and 1 pair of sweatpants to give it a try. But all products feel cheap and very thin- especially the white basics because you can literally see everything underneath due to the cheap. And the joggers were insanely scratchy and thin. Only thing that was decent was shipping, which came in under a week (I live in Canada).
Two clothes also came faulty- the strap of one was completely broken off while the other one was completely damp (and stinky, it smelt like undried laundry) upon opening. Very concerning as all the packaging and other items were completely dry. So I consulted customer service to request a refund, which had to go through 3 separate representatives (? Why is there so much inconsistency) only to tell me that I can: a, get a refund only if I return my items at my own shipping costs or b, get a 30% on my new order if I'm keeping them. First off, why do I need to pay to send back items that YOUR company shipped faulty? And second, the 30% deal is virtually advertised every other day on your site, if I wanted it I could find it anytime. At least put some effort...
Overall, disappointing site. Clothes are cheap and thin, and customer service is non-existent. Better off spending your money elsewhere imo than risking getting almost unwearable clothing.

My first time ordering from them I fallow Jayda Cheaves she had a pair of graphic joggers on I loved them so decided to purchase them I order a XL14 they sent me a size 20 I returned them today so I'll see if they give me my money back
Spent 600+$ here for the first time because I was planning on going on vacation for my birthday. Ordered all the items which was about 32 (of course most of it was outfits but they separate the shirt from the bottoms) and I ordered these the very beginning of the month and my vacation started at the end. A week later my package came. Was missing over HALF of my order. And wasn't sent another tracking number for the rest of the stuff. Couldn't get ahold of them for days. Then when we finally did they finally managed to get a tracking order for the other items and it was fine. But weeks started going by where it kept saying "departed" and that fedex had not received it yet. And once it started getting close to the 3/4 week mark I started getting frustrated. They told me I had to wait until a deadline. Waited. Still said the same thing. Then they said I had to wait for another deadline which is literally the day BEFORE I leave. Of course surprise surprise still hasn't moved. And when they finally agreed to do something they just gave me the run around and told me when they re ship it I wouldn't get it until after my vacation(which is pretty long) and that OVER HALF of that order is out of stock and that they can't ship those items to me now. Not once have they offered any kind of credit towards me or a refund or anything even when I've asked. They keep ignoring all of my questions and concerns. This is literally the WORST place to purchase clothes unless your willing to wait for a month to get HALF of your order. -100/10 would NOT recommend.

Never will I even order on this app this $#*! sucks they said my package was delivered going to a week now I haven't seen anything.
Dealing with this company is like pulling teeth - When I first ordered a package for my gf, I selected express shipping (3-5 business days), my item arrived in 3 weeks. Wasted money.
Once the items arrived, the material, the cut on them was horrible with really bad fitment and overall cheap, low quality material for the price being charged.
When returning the items, there is NO ONE to communicate with aside from dealing with them on email. I followed the instructions for returning the item and sent it back to the designated address.
They recieved the item back Feb.1st. After a week of no refund and constantly searching for a physical person to speak to it went no where. I sent an email asking what the status of my refund is. Their response was that my funds would be returned back Feb.29th at the latest. Strange that it takes a company 3 weeks to process a refund for a few hundred bucks.
Feb.29th rolls around and still nothing. I email again to see what the status is of my refund. It has now been 2 months since this item was purchased and returned.
I receive an email back saying my refund will not be given back until Mar.14th now.
This company has a mentality of fvck you and chuck you. Minimal effort to assist their customer. Horrible quality product and no one to actually communicate with.
I will never use them again and highly recommend customers to shop elsewhere. It's 2023, hire actual customer service reps to communicate with rather than doing everything by email.

Turns out the sizes advertised where Asian not North American even the size chart was misleading.
Sent the two items back to the UK same day as received however I didn't order tracking as it was $65.00 from Canada Post to send it back to UK not an economically feasible buy for a $100.00 item.
My package was addressed with the print off address posted on the PLT web page that by the way changed a week later for Canadian customers.
I got a total runaround 9 return emails all different reps they keep asking for my postal record knowing full well from my first message that I didn't have tracking on my package, PLT has no listed telephone number I wasn't able to chat live with anyone,
In the end I was told I was beat no help no refund suck it up buddy.
My $140.00 Canadian dollar loss, thanks P. L. T.
Side note, over time I've found Amazon is some times more costly on clothing however there return policies are awesome compared to these two bit online clothing stores like P. L. T. That are selling over priced crap that can be bought on Alliexpress for a fraction of the cost.

I returned an item and it was lost in shipping. I opened a claim with the courrier. All PLT had to do was answer an email from the courrier to say they didn't receive my package, but they ignored the emails. Contacting their customer service is the worse experience I've ever had with a customer service. Every message you send throughout a conversation is answered by a different agent who didn't read the previous messages in the conversation and they give copy & paste answers that are completely irrelevant.
I keep telling them I need them to answer an email, they ask for my order number, I give it to them, then they tell me they didnt get it and to open a claim with my courrier. I have repeated that I already have a claim open and I just need them to answer the email so my courrier can refund me. They answer with "we'll refund you as soon as we receive your package" I remind them that I am aware that my package is lost and my courrier will refund me, they just need PLT to answer their email" and PLT answers me with "if your package is lost, please open a claim with your courrier."
I have been going around in circles for weeks trying to get them to understand something so basic. I must have spoken to a dozen agents, if not more.

I ordered a makeup palate for a birthday gift. It was in stock when I ordered it. With shipping and taxes, I was paying close to $80.00, but it was worth it because it was Shrek and we can't find it anywhere. They sent the wrong palate. I was furious. The birthday came and went and it was too late to get it returned and back from the UK in time. Plus, when I checked the site, it was now soled out. Contacted customer service multiple times only to get "I'm sorry this happened." Well what good is that going to do? And who is going to take care of the miniature palate you sent me for $80.00? They told me I could mail it back and IF it were in stock, they would mail one to me. That was not good enough. I was already promised that palate when I paid for it over a month ago. I deserve it. Now you are saying "IF" you have it I may get it? This company is not worth it. I'm not paying to ship this back and maybe get what I first ordered. What a joke. They knew what they were doing. SCAM ARTISTS! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!
