Delivery and Stocking issue

I purchased $80 worth of clothes and PLT sends me emails informing me of them being on the way, right? On the day of delivery, not only does it come late, but when getting notified that it's "delivered" it's not at all! When I reach customer service, I wait literally all day for someone to help me, then I'm told that my package is running late. The connection drops (not sure on my end or theirs) so I reach them again; another representative tells me that the majority of my items were out of stock AFTER I bought them so they didn't send anything at all, yet sent me updates on a delivery. So basically, I'm ordering clothes they don't even have and they're sending emails getting my hopes up like its on the way. I'm sitting here dumbfounded, asking my neighbors if a package was left and no one has seen it. Anyways, I receiving a refund but the point is, I could've shopped anywhere else and actually received my items quicker, instead of waiting 2 weeks for absolutely nothing. Unbelievable.

Cheap clothes, terrible customer service

ZERO STARS I would never again place an order with this company. They don't package all of your items and don't include a packing slip then when you ask for your items they don't refund. Basically they STEAL do not waste your money, this company is not reputable.

Dress Sizes

This is my first time using this website. I ordered 2 of the same dresses for Valentine's Day in 2 different sizes and none of them fit. I actually sized up from a 2 to a 6. I'm a size 2 in the US. This website sells their dresses in super small sizes. The model is misleading to use as an example and now I no longer have a dress for Valentine's Day. I have not received a refund on the first dress yet. I would like to say thank you and I will never use this website again. And I also had to pay twice to send both dresses back. Very sad. False advertisement. Please be aware

Not only was my package one month late, and I had to buy something else last minute for the event for which I purchased the item. They make you pay for a returning shipping label, never apologize for the delay, and took them days to reply about the return.

GO AHEAD AND BUY IF YOU WANT THE WORST CUSTOMER CARE!

Shook up over SHREK
I ordered a makeup palate for a birthday gift. It was in stock when I ordered it. With shipping and taxes, I was paying close to $80.00, but it was worth it because it was Shrek and we can't find it anywhere. They sent the wrong palate. I was furious. The birthday came and went and it was too late to get it returned and back from the UK in time. Plus, when I checked the site, it was now soled out. Contacted customer service multiple times only to get "I'm sorry this happened." Well what good is that going to do? And who is going to take care of the miniature palate you sent me for $80.00? They told me I could mail it back and IF it were in stock, they would mail one to me. That was not good enough. I was already promised that palate when I paid for it over a month ago. I deserve it. Now you are saying "IF" you have it I may get it? This company is not worth it. I'm not paying to ship this back and maybe get what I first ordered. What a joke. They knew what they were doing. SCAM ARTISTS! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

-20 stars.I placed an order on Jan 16th and received a confirmation stating my order was shipped on Jan 17, then recd a email stating my order should be recd before or by Jan26 with was perfect since I was going out of town. Today is Feb 6 and I still haven't recd my order. I sent the 1st email on Jan 31 and was advised to allow until Feb 16 before they will even investigate where the package is and if the items are still available they will resend. Ofcourse that was unacceptable and 7 emails later after the last one I requested a refund and they advised they are not giving me a refund. This site is a scam and no one should order from them there is no number to speak with anyone and now that they got your money it's too bad too sad we got you. And they charged me sales tax and I live in a date where there is no sales taxes. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY IT NT WORTH THE TROBLE! Wish I could rate negative stars it would be -20 stars

I ordered a dress for my baby shower on 1/16/23 & it was supposed to arrive on 1/25/23. My baby shower is today, 2/5 & I still haven't received it & it still says in transit in the uk. When I tried to contact customer service to cancel the order & get a refund through their customer service chat option on their website, they said they couldn't transfer me to a representative & didn't give me a reason or option to ask why. So now I don't have a dress & if I ever do get it I won't be pregnant anymore.

Terrible customer service
No phone number. Which is illegal for a UK business with card processing services to not have a working phone number on their website.

I paid for next day delivery and free returns for 1 year. My wife wanted the dress for a night out. I order it on Sunday so it said Monday delivery but I wasn't expecting it to arrive on Monday Tuesday would have been fine.

I contacted plt through their website spoke to someone called zoe. She typed out the spiel below and closed the conversation before I could reply.

How rude. Certainly no way to treat paying customers.

Hello Gareth, Thank you for getting in touch and I am sorry the order isn't with you especially when you need it for tomorrow I will certainly help you. I've had a look at your tracking information and can see that this has not been updated since the 30th of Janaury. What I've done is launched an investigation with the courier on the whereabouts of your parcel. I cannot refund this or send it yet I do need to ask that you allow until the 10th of February for them to conclude the investigation. I do completely understand that this seems a long time however this is the time needed for the courier to either locate your parcel and have this delivered to you, or to confirm to us that the parcel is lost. If the courier confirms the parcel is lost what I'll do is either resend the order to you providing the items are still available at no extra cost to you or issue a full refund for your order, so no need to be concerned as I'll be able to sort this out for you. https://www.evri.com/track

According to evri delivery service... whoever they are? They have yet to receive the parcel. So how can the courier have lost the parcel?

Very poor service this and rude to customers. I'd expect this level of service if ordering something from China. Not a UK based company in Manchester.

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I tried to place an order through the PLT app in December 2022. "Tried" because I tapped place order but it didn't confirm my order nor did it give me any shipping or payment status. This order withdrew 2 payments of the same total from my account! Needless to say it's been more than 4 weeks and I have yet to even receive a pending refund despite emailing them every few days to check in on the status. Each email I'm told to wait a few days for the relevant team member. It is now February 2023.

I placed an order back in June, 2022. I have been trying to get an update and was told that it is expected to ship 11/17/2022. This must be a long November because here we are February 1,2023 and have not received the order. You use the Chat, and its a waist of time. They check the order then when they ask do you want to chat with a rep, you are not allowed to respond This place is a SCAM and I will report to the BBB. I mean the order was only $44.44 dollars but its the principal.

It was my 1st time purchasing from PLT, and I was already annoyed that they don't share any reviews from clients about their products, therefore I can't tell if a product is good or cheap quality.
Then, as a Canadian, I had to pay 50$ to return, if Shein can have free return, PLT should too.
They are a scam. Most of their products are way too expensive for the quality. Never buying from them again.

Bad bad bad quality

I bought few clothes from PLT 1.5 years ago and returned e everything, it was bad quality. But last December I decided to give another shot! Well … nothing has changed, their quality is the worst. The long sleeve shirt was completely sewn wrong, all crooked. The sweatshirt came with those little balls on it that seemed it was worn for few times. Most of I got you could see through it. So so disappointed! I paid for free shipping, then I had to pay to return BAD QUALITY clothes … it's "funny" that they allow reviews on their website. AVOID PLT, waste of time and money
